It's was my third time ordering from this restaurant.I usually do mobile orders with delivery and it's ALWAYS missing something.First time was missing a mc crispy meal, then fries and now a happy meal.It's bad, you guys need to double check the orders before sending it out. We are paying for these items and not getting them. I ordered with McDonald's app and there's no option there for refund.. only through phone numberNo one wants a incomplete order, so what only half of my family gonna eat?3 times it's to muchI get one mistake, but 3 in a row, you guys need to double.check delivery

No idea why my chicken nuggets are literal rock hard. If it’s 3am on a tuesday shouldn’t it be fresh as it is not peak time? brutal so sad was so hungry. cajun sauce the only good thing from the order. never ordering this shi again

Nice staff and good food. Only problem is they don't fill the fries all the way and some of the food comes cold. It is also very busy but I understand since the location is in a busy area.

The food was fine. No complaints there. It was a weekend so I'm assuming lots of young boys working. The restaurant was a mess. Garbage piled high, toilets were a mess. My parents were visiting and they were not impressed at all.

I ordered a double filet o fish and then upon receiving it, it was cold and there was only a single patty so I went back in got it replaced but they gave four cold filet o fish Patty's....I thought this was a joke but apparently not.....yea cool I got four Patty's but they were cold I asked for it to be fresh but this is what I got.....

In the last 2 days I have tried to get a coffee and was turned away because for 1.5 hours I was told they were doing a turn over. When I said is this not a 24 hour drive thru I was told they would rather I didn’t come back until 5:30 am and when I asked to speak to a manager they said no they are busy. Horrible service at this location. Worst part was this was for a cup of coffee, if you work early in the morning do not waste your time driving to this location

the manager is some older indian lady who has no respect for anybody. using profane language towards me who was trying to have a civil conversation about an issue with getting my order. completely unprofessional and i do not see why she has a job in the first place. would give 0 stars for service if i was able to do that.

Went through the drive through for a Sausage and Egg bagel and was told to wait in parking spot #1. The bagel didn't come for 15 min. Asked where my food was and got questioned about my receipt even though they never give receipts in the drive through. They ended up making my food and giving me the wrong sandwich. What an absolute waste of time and money.

This particular mc Donalds is well known for its friendly environment and is my go to food area. Though kids do tend to hang here a lot they keep quiet most often. Its super safe and convenient to those who are near the park of the venter. Great placing. The food is made with care and is rarely bad. The staff are incredible with time management as well as their way through assisting customers. The design is amazing and i love looking at it. They are great with handling issues and making it up to people. I would definitely recommend it to those who are nearby or would like a place to relax.
