Excellent place to take your kids to see weekly races during the summer on Tuesdays. My kids race their bikes there on Mondays for the stock bike night

National Treasure.Tuesday night racing is a blast. Come out, grab a seat on the hill, and be a part of what makes Kenosha great.

The racing track is newly redone, the pool is large and fun, decent play ground. The velodrome on Tuesday nights and the pool make for great family activities.

Riding your bike on something as cool as the nation's oldest operating velodrome is a real treat, and we're truly fortunate to have it for free in our backyard. My only concern is that the rules don't seem to be posted anywhere, so those unfamiliar with the track may not be engaging in the safest practices. Always turn left; pass on the right; if someone yells Stick!" or "Stay!" Hold your line and don't make a dramatic movement so you can be passed safely.The Monday Night Stock Bike program is a great way to get your kids out of the house and pedaling like they mean it. It was so cool for my 5 year old that he was motivated to get off training wheels just so he could go around the track faster.Tuesday Night Premiere Racing is a total riot. Seeing people compete from very first timers to national competitors is just so much fun. Bringing in food trucks to feed your family while you sit on the hill is a nice touch.As a long time rider

an awesome Park great play area for the children great pool isle of the velodrome it's often not being used by racers and the grandkids love to have their own little races and their trikes and bikes and pedal cars it's really a fun experience

The Washington Park Velodrome is one of the nation’s most historic public cycling tracks. Races are held almost every Tuesday throughout the spring and summer. A great venue for beginners and experts alike! Bring the family, some lawn chairs and your bike!

Bicycle races are fun for the whole family. Local vendors sell great food and drinks. Friendly dogs welcome too...what more could you ask for in summer.

Gotta go fast and not get tired too easy but it's a lot of fun! Free to use just come over and ride on in.

This velodrome is incredible! It's amazing that it's still functional after 94 years. I love watching the bikers race and compete each Tuesday night. I love to practice here as well, super big and fun with trash cans, lights, benches, and lots of fun.
