It could have been a five star review because Gemma was very pleasant and approachable but PRECY ruined it! SHE IS VERY RUDE AND CUTS ME OFF WHEN TALKING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. JUST WANTED TO REITERATE THAT THE MONEY WE ARE PAYING YOU IS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK!!! YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE COSTUMERS BECAUSE OF YOU, PRECY! I spoke with GEMMA to help me book a ticket. She asked me to wait a little but she put me on hold for more than 10 mins and never apologized for it. As soon as we started talking she was VERY rude. She kept cutting me off and yelling at me despite me talking nicely to her. I would not recommend going through this agency and I would look elsewhere if you want a pleasant experience.
