Pretty ridiculous thing just happened and I wanted to share. I called the office and this fairly new guy named Matt was my ‘assistant’. I had my first auto pink slip in front of me which is back in 2019, he told me I started the insurance with them back in 2020 and have no history in 2019. I tried to tell him I have the paper with me, all of sudden he got mad and said that there is none on the system, and tried to hang up on me. I got him to get the manager, Sean, on the line. He was able to see the insurance history back in 2019, and gave me all the info I needed. If you are fairly new to the job, it is ok if you don’t know how to do things properly because you are still in learning phase. However it is not acceptable to make a customer a liar and avoid the problem just because you don’t know how to do it. Very disappointing experience.

Angel helped me out. She gave me great information and saved me more money. She went the extra mile to help me.

My auto insurenace was with this company for 3 years, in the beginning everything was good but later the service was not good. Shahan never picked up the call or replied to the message even sometime its very important matter. That's why I moved to another company. I was not satisfied with his attitude.
