Been here for detailing numerous times, and would highly recommend Dalziel's because they do a great job at a great price, drop me off at work, and return my vehicle to me at the end of the day.

Although I didn't actually go to Dalziel's, I wanted to leave a review because I was so impressed. I called with a question about side mirror repair, and I don't know a lot about cars. The nice gentlemen I spoke to listen to my specific and explained how it was actually a smaller repair than I had thought! It would've been very easy to tell me I needed the whole mirror replaced, which is what they do, but instead he explained they aren't able to make the one small adjustment I needed and, to save me money, gave me recommendations of places to go where they could! If I have any repairs that do end up being bigger, I will be taking my car here because I trust their integrity 100% and know they won't take advantage of my limited knowledge.

A few weeks back, during a very busy time, I needed to search out a reputable auto body shop.I interviewed six different places to get a good cross-section of a field I’m not at all familiar with.My research involved bringing myself up to speed on the processes - which ultimately meant going back to the original dealer/manufacturer to determine the correct stages of paint on this particular model.Not all shops showed accuracy in this field - however one shop not only demonstrated accuracy here, but also explained everything clearly and concisely.It was the respect shown to me, as well as toward this business’ competitors that tipped the scales in favour of Dalziels Collision Center and ultimately gained my trust.Their integrity, attention to detail in a business that demands such - as well as the excellent customer service - above and beyond in fact - lends itself to my full recommendations.Again, thanks to Chris and his team. They made a challenging time much nicer. Five stars.

Car was scaped from in front on driver's door to behind the passenger door. Dalziel's did an amazing job fixing it. It was complete and ready for pick up when promised. Now if only Enterprise Car Rental would have had a vehicle ready on July 30, when it was promised.

After I almost ruined my paint attempting an at-home paint correction I was left with multiple scuffs from sanding that I couldn’t buff out. I called in the pros and Mat did an excellent job correcting my at-home correction. Paint has never looked better. I would definitely be back again.

Went in for a quote and they were AMAZING. They went above and beyond anything I expected for a free quote. They even kept my vehicle longer to actually take a closer look at what I will need. Very easy to get along with and they can even source used parts to save you a few dollars. 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing body work !

I had my truck broken into with damage to both door windows and interior damage. When I went to pick up my truck after it was 'repaired', it wouldn't start because the battery had been drained, one of the doors wouldn't even open from the outside, 1 window wouldn't even close, and when I opened the drivers side window I heard grinding and discovered they didn't clean up all the broken glass, so the new glass was completely scratched. The glove compartment door which was replaced was also marked - in fact was worse than the one they took out so they had to replace that again as well. I would expect that these things would be properly checked in a professional shop before handing it over to the customer. I was not impressed. I've never heard of a body shop that would hand a vehicle over to the customer without first making sure everything was in order (ie: window goes up and down, doors open from the inside and outside, vehicle starts). Do NOT take your vehicle to Dalziels... their workmanship is totally unacceptable.

Dalziel's is locally owned and operated with a strong passion for customer service and they truly take pride in their work, not just the owner but the entire team. They have a great time, and their entire team goes above and beyond every single time. The customer service, turn around time, communication and quality finished repair is unbeatable.Highly recommend Dalziel's! Stop in and see them for a quote next time you need work done.

I had to take this business to court, something I have never done and I am almost 60 years old.Terrible paint job and over $600 in damage to the car itself; melted plastic, broken interior parts, broken light assemblies.....I have pics to prove all this Chris so stop denying it.After having had the car for an entire winter to do it, Dalziels billed me over their own estimate and went 6 weeks past the promised completion date!No action whatsoever, only denial from Chris Dalziel until the PEI court ordered him to repaint the car and replace the broken and melted parts.Avoid this shop.Go ahead Chris, make excuses or blame me, the customer.

The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, etc. Very good experience, highly recommended!
