Decoline Windows and Doors

Moises, the owner is not respecting the contract. He delivered bad quality products and good luck contacting him. He will NEVER ever respond to the phone, text or emails. Next step as I mentioned in my message to him I will handle all my documents and proofs to the police.Sorry to go this route but I expected a different business manner from him and from his company.Stay away until you have your money in your pocket!

Not responding to warranty requests. Decoline Windows and Doors installed a bay window for us in 2006. One of the three windows in this bay window is accumulating moisture between the glass panels and is covered in mold. Decoline is not responding to warranty requests. Also a small bathroom window has a broken seal and some sort of a grainy material has spilled out of the inside of the frame onto the glass - it looks horrible, as if infested with bugs. Decoline - please honour your warranty and fix these problems!!

The service, the price and the quality was fantastic. We were in a hurry to change some windows and doors and they delivered faster than expected. You can tell they have a lot of experience in this field. I would strongly recommend them.

Their windows quality is outstanding. They are always very careful when installing their products and never leave a mess behind. I highly recommend decoline windows and doors for anyone who wants a good job done.

BUYER BEAWARE if I could give them 0 stars I wouldMoses and his son did a horrible horrible job on my windows. The doors don’t open properly and water leaks with heavy rain.Once they take your money they will not respond your calls . Very unprofessional company do your self a favour and stay away from these guys.

Moises and his team have replaced all of the windows in two of my homes. Their window quality is excellent and their service was very fast and friendly. The product delivered was always as described and any issues were addressed in a speedy manner. We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature and noise quality in our home. I would highly recommend Decoline Windows to anyone in need of doors and/or windows.

August 2021-Decoline Windows and Doors company installed 2 exterior doors on my residential home. The door handles mounted were not the handles I ordered. They installed a damaged floor plate at front door and after 2 months, the front door sweeper had torn off. I have contacted the owners Moises Jr. & Moises Sr. numerous times by phone and text messages and they ignored all. March 2022-Moises Jr. sent a text message stating “the job will be completed within 2 weeks”. August 2022-still no response from the owners to install the correct handles, and replace damaged items. This company is very unreliable and customer service is a disgrace.

We are very happy with our new door. Moises, his son, Moises and the men who came to work on it were very courteous, thorough, quick and efficient. A welcome experience over all. The door and windows are of very good quality and beautiful. Their price is very reasonable.
