Very happy with my canvas photo print. Quality is super. The colors and canvas are great. Dogs love it too. Had a great time speaking with the staff. They fully understood what I wanted and they delivered!

I wanted to ship Christmas gift to a family member in Ukraine which I thought would be impossible because of the war. The store staff there was very helpful by taking a lot of effort and time to find a way of shipping my package when I had been refused by all the other shipping companies. Thank you so much.

Visited this store today to get my passport pictures reprinted. Because there was something wrong with the originals. The owner told me I could come back and get them done again if something was wrong with the pictures and I shouldn't pay. I still got charged full amount which is against their policy, as he told me himself I could get them redone for free. Not a happy Camper.

Worst experience DHL , 3 times shipment got delayed for absolutely no reason.

One of the most (and only) helpful UPS locations on the Island since COVID began. This UPS Store location, even though they are independent from UPS, always tries to help me locate my packages and help if there are customs due or something, is the best in terms of customer service compared to the UPS call center or the UPS drivers. In terms of the staff, they really try to make you leave with a smile, and ensure that you are satisfied with the service. My latest time at the store, I was late in reaching the store to send some items to the US, and the staff stayed after closing to ensure that my packages went out the same day. I encourage all who do business with UPS to try this location to see how good the service can be.

I was the 2nd customer when the Charlottetown UPS Store opened....and their service has been excellent all 4 years!! I have a mailbox, receive and send many packages. Thank you!! Eric

When I first started using services at Charlottetown UPS. The service was good, however things have gone downhill since. In the last year or more it has been difficult to contact staff at the store, since they don’t seem to answer the phone, and their answering service is disabled. I have had my email inquires bounced back to me from their system as spam. This fall I was asked if I wanted to renew my mailbox subscription, to which I answered yes. However, the store did not bother to let me know that there was a large increase in price for the mailbox rental. On another occasion, I asked to have mail forwarded to me, only to receive someone else’s mail instead. I wouldn’t even darken their door step. I will be finding another mailbox solution for next year. Almost every time that I have had mail forwarded to me there has been some sort of problem like a delay in responding to me, email bounced back to me, phone calls unanswered, or voicemail inoperable. Today I canceled my service with this UPS store, the agent I was speaking to kept interrupting me, and I had to yell at him to stop interrupting me. They have no respect for their customers.

The UPS Store Charlottetown has been so helpful this holiday season for me! Being away from home, my family had sent me care packages from Alberta and Ontario but UPS couldn't find my address, so they weren't able to deliver the packages to my place. The lady at the UPS Store was so helpful and worked after hours on a Friday to call their warehouse and support team to help get me my packages. Thanks so much and a Happy New Year to the team at the UPS Store.

Updated Review: I was there at the store on Mar 29th/23, and I've got to say that they've improved significantly, and it's all due to this new hire of theirs. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was a tall fellow with the utmost respect and professionalism. He was knowledgeable and assisted me rather well. Excited and looking forward to my next visit!Previous Review: Indeed a disappointment of a store. This particular UPS location, which also happens to be the only one, is the worst by far in terms of customer service. All of the college students employed here don't help you at all. There's only one that does help, but he is seldom available. Additionally, the store is closed as soon as it rains or snows, even in the slightest, which is unfortunate. As a result, I will not do business with them any longer.
