First of all, my rating is not about the staff who work inside the store , they are always nice from what I experienced. It is about the delivery men /or women who work for this location.It happened way more than once, I was home waiting for the delivery and nothing happened, when I go check the mailbox, there was the note for pick up , are you kidding me ? I was literally waiting for it, and you didn’t even try to check if I was home or not, and the package was small enough to put into your pocket, and you just don’t care enough to try. Thank you for that.

Good Canada Post location - staff working are always great but my biggest concern is that they only ever seem to have 1 person working. Multiple times there have been easily 5-8 people in line and the clerk has to deal with them all by herself.Also sucks when you want to just drop a package or buy stamps to have to wait behind this many people. Location should probably get another staff member or two or at least be able to call for them.

The ladies working here have no manners, no customer courtesy and no time to talk about the customer’s concerns. They act like you are there to annoy them and they are providing something free of cost for the poor needy customer.!

The postal clerk is always very friendly and very helpful. I send numerous international packages and she always helps with the best rates. Very personable.
