J'habite dans le quartier depuis des années et je viens de découvrir cet atelier. Parfait pour un entrepreneur mais aussi pour un bricoleur comme moi. Réparation de ma cloueuse à air en 10 minutes! Des gars fort sympathiques et des conseillers incroyables. En plus c'est une entreprises familiale depuis 1949, faut le faire!

Gave my tool in to be fixed. He called me that it's ready & they close 5:30 so I asked him if I can come & arrive 5:30 to pick it up, he said yes but not later, so i drove it took half an hour to get there, I finally arrived at 5:28 Bieng nervous the whole way that I should make it, I ran to the door.. But it was dark inside & empty , i called 4 times while standing in front of the locked store, but nothing. I wasted 60 min for nothing.. Really unprofessional, at least call me tell me something. Anything. So frustrating

J’y ai acheté mon premier banc de scie voilà 37 ans. Des gens qui connaissent les outils et leurs usages et qui vous conseille sans pression. Faut aussi les visiter au sous-sol pour toutes pièces ou réparation d’outils. Une perle rare dans le domaine de l’outillage!

I've only had one interaction at this store but the experience was amazing. Sylvain gave me excellent customer service. Repair service was quick. They also helped me sort out a lifetime warranty issue I was having with my tool. Will definitely be returning here.

I love the the service department in the basement.I ALWAYS bring my tools here when they need fixing.The man in charge of the repairs is perfectly bilingual and is a very nice and kind person. I've had multiple conversations with him about tools all the way to politics.They always fix all my tools and I've never had an issue and their fees are amazing! Absolutely reasonable pricing, worth every penny.
