Had this company in the past for projects and there were great. This time was a very poor experience. They didn’t like coming back for a mistake they had made and informed me I could have fixed it myself. Also needed an estimate for another job, made 3 appointments with no show each time. If you want a company that doesn’t waste your time, this isn’t it.

I had an incident with a shower door exploding, the door was about 2 years old so I contacted the installation company who put me in touch with Parker Glass, (the door provider). I can not say how appreciative I am for the service provided. The installer Mike was great, friendly and went above and beyond. He could have replaced the door and left, but he found a fault in the second door, and replaced both to insure my safety. I am so impressed of above and beyond service!!Thanks Robin .

Had Parker put in a very large piece of glass into a walk in shower arrangement with support bar. Provided a bunch of options when we were determining our requirements. They did a great job! Installers were professional and clearly knew what they were doing.

After months of trying to get a glass company to modify the swing of our shower door, which prevented the use of a walker nearby, Parker came and did the job the others said could be done. Well done. We are very pleased by the work.

I had two glass shower doors installed by Parker glass Booth doors were measured and quoted by i belive to be owner operator. The cheaper plain door was installed quickly and seems to be fine. The 10mm glass door was installed and was about an 1/2 inch higher on one side and filled with silicone it looked very bad. I called the owner he came out very quickly and pondered it said he would get back to me. A week and half later i called him and he said they would repair it . So they came back made a template ordered a new door . They had to change the header track. The new header track is tight on one side of shower and has an 1/8 gap on the other they didnt even bother to maybe split the difference and caulk it. They were not very good with communication they did i guess try to fix there errors . Took about 7 weeks from beginning to end . Im sure they are capable of doing better but in this busy market i dont think they cared. I held back there final payment for a month thoughtit would ake me feel a bit better but im still looking at the 1/8 gap in the header every time i go in the bathroom."
