An incredible real estate agent! Literally saved us $20K. I say that because my wife and I were happy with the price of the house we were looking at and he told us we were dumb if we paid that much. We ended up paying about $20K less than asking. His business partner BAM (no I’m not making this up) is also a gem and filled in when Eric was busy. Thank you guys so much for getting us the house we wanted at a price much better than we were expecting!!! I will definitely come back to you guys if we are ever selling or buying.

Eric provided us with an assessment for our house. He guided us through the process of how best to find a fair price. He was very thorough in his research and comparisons, his years of experience of the Wolseley area meaning that he had personal experience with most of the houses. This gave us the confidence to come up with a number we all felt comfortable with. We are doing a private sale, but when we do sell I will be very happy to work with him as our selling realtor. he is both personable and deeply capable. Thanks again Eric for all your help

My wife already wrote these guys a good review, but they're getting another one from me.Eric and Ben are top-shelf individuals. When we sold our house, they gave us a to-do list to get the best value for our sale. This is a time when it's really important to listen to your realtors. Working on your house is a pain, but the concept of Sweat Equity is very real and once we gave these guys what they needed to market the place, they got us results.The house buying experience was great as well. We were able to see all the places we were interested in, and with Eric and Ben's help we were able to close a deal without any trouble.One big thing that can be said, is that these guys are straight shooters - dealing with people who have integrity is one of the most important things to me (particularly with such large transactions) and these guys hit the mark on all levels.

Eric and Ben are AMAZING. LISTEN TO THEM. If they give you suggestions it is worth it to take them! There is a good reason why they are in the top 3% of realtors. Not only did they do the usual for Realtor, they went above and beyond in a lot of regards. I felt seriously cared for, and am looking forward to working with them when we also purchase a new house.
