Avenida Flowers

Just heard from my sis-in-law who received the flowers I ordered for her. She was absolutely delighted with them. She sent me a picture of the orchid arrangement and I have to say they were BEAUTIFUL and exactly as you advertised. Thank you for such great service! Third time I've ordered from you and have always been pleased.

To be frank, I had thought that I was dealing with Incredible Florist on Seton Blvd, as I had placed an order just the day before for an anniversary gift for my one daughter and her husband. However, somehow I was connected to Avenida Flowers on Lake Fraser Drive.The woman who answered the phone was pleasant to speak with and handled all my inquiries. A bouquet was ordered for a second daughter, as a Just Because..." gift.All was well. Flowers were pretty. I only gave a four star instead of a five because I thought for the price I paid

I ordered flowers for my mom on her birthday. I know she lives close to Avenida Incredible Florist, and their website showcased lovely bouquets. That was all I knew about them! The flowers arrived early on her birthday, and she sent me a photo of the most beautiful bouquet. I am so pleased with the arrangement, and they have lasted a good long while. I will be happy to order more flowers from Avenida Incredible Florist in the future. Thanks for helping make mom's day so special!

Living in England, it is so good to know a caring florist that you can depend on. The bouquet was bright and beautiful and my 'star' granddaughter was very surprised and pleased.

I have ordered from Ontario site unseen for family in Calgary. These florists are artists in there own right. Incredible arrangements, full vases, beautiful flowers exactly as I ask or they suggest. Brilliant flower market!!

Ordered a bouquet with balloons and a card. Flowers were fresh and pretty and the card (with custom message) was good quality. They missed delivering the balloons so I emailed them and they were very responsive. They sent the balloons along with a complimentsry box of chocolates the very next day and that shows their dedication to the service! Very happy!A suggestion: would be good if they provided an estimated timeframe for when the delivery will take place or there was an option to select delivery time, so that its easier for the receiver to be around.Overall, really good!

Beautiful Birthday Bouquet! I am very impressed! I did not order the upgrade and they did not cheap out!

Our wedding planner had used this florist to create our succulent table center pieces and provide organically laid greenery for our ceremony and reception.I was in the area a week before the wedding ad dropped into the store to see if anything was required and just to follow up to see if anything needed to be settled or finalized. The girl that was working seemed to be very confused, lacked much knowledge and didn’t seem to want to help. She kept saying “I don’t know.” Eventually she said, “I don’t deal with weddings and I don’t have any access to that information.” My wedding planner had the same issues with that same girl. Perhaps some coaching on customer service needed.We were also over-quoted and ended up spending more money than we should have. Two boxes of greenery were never used. We are not sure what happened here, as our wedding planner had given them the exact dimensions of our table. We called to see if they could take the unused greenery back for a credit, but they said they didn’t have room as they have too many orders in their fridge and nothing was offered.In the end, the centerpieces and the greenery were great, and we were happy with the quality.This would have been 5 stars, but they lost two: one for over-quoting and not offering a credit, two for the customer service of the one employee.Would we recommend? Not as a first choice, but as a back-up perhaps.

Awesome service! Great experience! I was in a super rush, running late, but wanted flowers that really expressed how special we felt about my gals Mom on her birthday. They had a perfect arrangement ready for me when I pulled up, and such a great deal on roses that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to remind my gal how special she is to me too. The girls had the second bouquet whipped up in record time (great teamwork ladies) and me on my way feeling really good about the time benefit proposition I took. Cost, quality and speed, perfect score in all three categories! Take a bow ladies, you rock! (Threw a couple of pics I took at your shop in as well)

Jenny and the girls were SUPERB!! They captured exactly what I wanted for my wedding and exceeded my expectations. Jenny was thorough, friendly and so helpful. I only wish I had my photos back from the wedding photographer so I could provide better pics. These photos just simply do not do the GORGEOUS flowers any justice. Everyone couldn't stop talking about the arrangements. I highly recommend them!! Thanks ladies!! P.S. When I get my professional photos I will share more :)
