I was parked at grey nuns hospital the evening as my dad was dieing in the ICU. My time ran out and they fined me $144. I can not rush outside to pay parking in my dads last hours of life.I contacted them via email to explain and they ignored it and now will not leave me alone. Constantly sending threatning letters to my house saying a collection agency is going to come for the money and affect my credit score.Between myself and all my relatives we spent $100s of dollars paying for parking that week my dad spent in ICU and they bust me for a expired time the 2nd last day there.Absolutely disgusting company.Do not park at precise park link.

Paid for a parking stall online prior to an event and there were no free spots open. Spoke to a parking attendant and was directed to park in a reserved stall. Came back with a parking ticket on our windshield. Customer service said they wouldn’t have told us to park there and when I replied to the email, my file was already closed and no longer being reviewed. Never parking there again.

Horible experience! Ended up paying for 27 hours. Initialy paid for 3 hrs, and because was a longer waiting time at Emergency Miserocrdia Hospital, decided to extend it. The only option I had was to pay for 24 hrs. Spent only 6 hours there. They owe me money!

The monthly parking at the Don Wheaton YMCA Edmonton, managed by Precise Parklink (West) Ltd, has a major problem for persons with disabilities. The elevator to the parking garage is out on a regular basis (several days monthly due to breakdowns) and there is no wheelchair ramp to get to the garage, only flights of stairs. This is a huge safety and inaccessibility issue. If you are not able to get up and down stairs you have to pay to park elsewhere on top of your monthly parking fees to Precise Parklink. If someone were in a wheelchair and the elevator goes down after you've parked I can't imagine what they'd have to do to get to their car.I have emailed and made complaints explaining I would have to find another parking facility due to this problem. Their response was they require 30 days for cancellation.If there is some alternative to getting to the garage there is no information or directions posted and I wasn't advised of any when I contacted them.

Best Over the phone service I have got in my 19 years of living. Pam, the head receptionist at the west location was the kindest and most helpful person, she helped me pay my ticket that was well over do without making me feel stupid and managed to tell me the steps to pay online if I ever need to do so. Also she didn’t make me feel like she was rushing to hang up the phone on me. Thank you Pam!

Poor customer service!! Bunch of scammers. Payed my parking at 7 am and I received a ticket at 9 am. Tried to email them but no response!!!

Paid for parking at an event tonight. Had the receipt placed in my window. Still received a ticket for almost 4 times I price I already paid. I'll update the rating if they remove the fine.

Their system ended my parking session prematurely and I received an invoice. Opened up a dispute seeking credit for the amount I paid that was refused, citing only that the parking session had ended. Multiple emails to them went unanswered, no referral to a supervisor, no returned calls. I Reluctantly paid the invoice to be done with Precise Park Link West forever. Terrible company with zero customer service. Avoid their lots and park somewhere else whenever possible.

Appealed a parking violation I received. They disregarded one of my concerns and said we'll reduce your fine by $15". I did not accept and gave my reasonings as to why. During the appeal process (as they aren't the quickest at responding)
