Horrible expereience had to tell them twice to send to my new family doctor and not the old one. My family doctor could not get a hold of them to get reports. Nither could i . Reports where sending to my old doctor. These people cant organize them self if there life depended on it. Worst experience of my life. They asked me to send ab email stating which doctor i would like and not to send to the old family doctor despite telling them this on the phone. I asked for an email back and nothing back .Refuse to ever deal with that location ever again. The manager even worse customer service skills in the world .

Dr. Martinez is a terrible paediatrician. I have been telling him that something is wrong with my baby. He kept saying that I’m a first time mom. He does not listen and has no interest in learning new things. Hasn’t heard of silent reflux. Now, my baby is bleeding from his mouth because was not given proper treatments. I had to diagnose my own baby and seek help elsewhere!!! Avoid this uneducated doctor who is there for money and only wants healthy patients.

We have been seeing Dr Jackie for both my autistic kids for more than a year, and we found her very knowledgeable, punctual, and understandable. She interact with kids and listen to mammaa concerns patiently. Front ladies are also very friendly and welcoming too.Highly satisfied with them.

Dr Jackie is awesome! She takes her time to understand what your child’s concerns are. She’s very caring, professional and is a good listener. My son, Kayden adores her. Good Doctors like her are hard to find. A definite gem in the medical field!!

Clinic called to reschedule the appointment out of the blue and then calls again at the time of original appointment to inform that a fee is applicable for missing the appointment. Moreover when I offered to pay up they said next appointment can only be booked after payment, that too they only accept cash so I go all the way to first pay and then go another month after with my child. Very insensitive people altogether with no regard for others time.Not recommemded.

We have been seeing Dr. Jackie, for almost 5 years now. I have 3 children she cares for. We have always had a positive experience. She interacts with the kids so well. She is thorough ,punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. My kids always enjoy their visits! She helps keep me on track and is always encouraging me as a parent. The front staff is always kind, respectful, and understanding. I highly recommend Peel Pediatric Clinic for your childs pediatrician.

Dr Martinez is just wonderful. My son adores him. He's very patience, and has great understanding of children. Highly recommend him. The office has lots of parking. The office staff are friendly. The office is clean with lots of seating and stroller room as well.

Doctor Jackie & Martinez are both amazing & very educated with regards to my children. They both always have the answers to my questions....staff is also very polite and welcoming all the time!
