Hero Certified Burgers
Was a great time with the family and friends. Had just gone to Christie's Mill for a swim with our kids and some family friends and it was the perfect dinner on the way home burgers were fantastic juciy patties fresh toppings was delicious. To top it off one of the ladies who ran the building hero is in gave all the kids candy canesade our night.

Amazing food. The servers were amazing, however the facility is super understaffed. Super understaffed. Expect your visit to take 15-35 minutes at any of the restaurants on site.

The girl working today was amazing, but I will NEVER return to this location again as they refuse to accept cash. Refused to accept legal tender. You lost my business.

We went in on our way up north and had no issues, we went in again on our way home and ordered the same thing. This was June 6th around 6 -6:30pm. The girls at the counter was very very difficult to hear with the plexiglass up. The menu was hard to read through the plexiglass as well. We ordered 3 burgers all with gluten free bun. I asked about sweet potato fries with my burger, but the cook in the back said they weren’t gluten free. The girl at the front was clueless and not helpful at all. Well after some time we noticed that the receipt only said gluten free on the first combo, which meant my burger was going to have a gluten bun. We went up to correct it and it was too late the burgers had been made. We were very clear that my burger would have to be remade as it can not touch gluten at all (this should be obvious as I didn’t get the sweet potato fries that were made in a frier with gluten items.) Well here I am at 3am writing this review because it’s clear to me that I have been exposed to gluten. I’m doubled over in pain. It couldn’t possibly have happened anywhere else as for our entire trip we ate our own food without any gluten with us at all. I’m certain they just took off the gluten bun and put on the gluten free bun. Very very unsafe. We were clear that was not acceptable. I will now likely be sick for 3+ days and unable to fully function. We chose this restaurant specifically because of their gluten free menu. I was not sick at all after our visit on the way there. Very upset.

Pretty upset with my order. I order 2 burgers one of which my partner requested a bunch of toppings that were never even added and then random toppings were added on top of that. Seems like the staff don’t fully understand the orders they are taking or should maybe repeat back the order for confirmation.Definitely would not come back

The burger was absolutely horrible! The bun was stall and cool to touch ( like it was lightly toasted and set aside for a hour) the burger patty was luke warm and the juice left a gross flavour in my mouth. I will NEVER eat here again!!!!

Hero Certified Burgers
Stopped in, on the way home from the long weekend and the service was pretty darn quick! I was eating within 10 mins. While others were still standing in line at other restaurants, I was enjoying my chicken burger and fries. Lol. Hero Certified burgers are probably my favourite place to grab a somewhat healthy bite to eat. Thank you for the great service!

Extremely expensive food employees are eating in kitchen infront of you. It's a health hazard the employees are not wearing hairnets. I was an employee I know all this is true.
