Highly recommend Bailey Nelson for value and style! The lenses aren’t non-glare and the frames aren’t designer but I only paid $50 after my insurance coverage for my son to have two pairs of glasses! This is the best place for kids because it’s affordable and has an amazing selection of styles to choose from. I shopped around and on average one pair with frames and lenses was $400. Here two pairs were $250.

The people who work there were so friendly and cooperated with me. I am deaf and they were ready to have a paper or stick-notes and pen out. I felt impressed how they handled the customer who is deaf like me and I am very happy how they process from eye exam to glasses to end and today, I got the order, btw, they are fantastic.

Picking out my glasses was easy but getting them was another story. They told me they would be ready in 10-14 days tops. I didn’t receive anything that we’re ready for pick up. I called later afternoon on day 14. They said I would probably have to wait a few more days. I insisted that they look for them as I was going on holidays, and just like that she found them. I guess you pay for the service.

The best eye exam and glasses fitting I’ve had in over 10 years of wearing contacts/glasses.Came in for an eye exam, because they were the only ones that could fit me in last minute - and now I am glad I did. The eye exam was very thorough. The doctor gave me several recommendations, talked to me about my eye health and was very gentle and nice. She did contacts lens fitting me and listened to me. After the eye exam, I came back to the main shop to meet 5 nice looking pairs - personally picked out for me. Even though I didn’t plan to get glasses, I ended up buying 2 - they were super trendy, sturdy, affordable and the girls and I had a great conversation and laughs.Now I can’t see myself going to any other optometrist.

We bought a prescription transition glass from this store, and the sales rep was accommodating and helped us to find the appropriate frame. Two weeks later, we received a call that the glass was ready for pickup. We went to the store, and my wife put on the glass, and she didn't feel comfortable and got a headache immediately. We thought because she was putting it on for the first time and it may take a while to get used to it. We took it home. When she tried it at home, she found there was a curve, and she was seeing a curve on everything. We brought it back to the store and requested them to fix it. Two weeks later, they called us to say it was ready and we could pick it up. We went to the store, and my wife tried it was still not fixed. The store manager Denise provided unnecessary and confusing information and blamed the doctor for not examining the eyes properly and giving the wrong prescription. She asked me to bring my wife’s old glasses, and I drove home and brought the old glasses. She checked the glass and advised the problem was with the doctor for not prescribing reading or progressive, and she was also saying that (+/-) might have changed in the last two weeks. What she described didn't make sense to me because why would the doctor prescribe progressive or reading glasses if my wife doesn't need them? Despite a 1% chance, we booked an appointment and asked the doctor to check the glass and ensure everything was correct. The doctor said the eye examination was correct, but due to the low-quality plastic material, the glass has a curve. We went back to the store and updated Denise that the doctor found a problem with the low-quality glass, and it wasn't to do with the doctor's advice, and we asked her to refund us and return the glass. She wasted one and a half months of our time and went back and forth. The point is, please be careful if you're receiving guidance and advice from store manager Denise. Her service quality is embarrassing, and she may advise you incorrectly.

Friendly and very helpful staff. It was really nice to see the true prices up and posted, easy to read. There are so many cute frames to choose from. Great experience over all!..thanks Bailey Nelson..excited for my new glasses.

From the second I walked into the store wearing my old readers until the moment I walked out with 2 pairs of glasses in hand, I felt cared for. When the puppy ate my glasses I decided to switch from Costco optical whose product and service has been disappointing. Found Bailey Nelson online and went in for a look. I was greeted by a very pleasant, knowledgeable CSR (Denise) who was thorough and helpful and not overbearing at all. I decided to order two pairs with progressive lenses and they arrived in ten days, fit perfectly out of the box and required very little adjustment. I expect good value and exceptional service and that is exactly what I received. Highly recommend.

Everything from picking new frames for glasses and sunglasses, the service was exceptional.The sales assistant was very helpful and honest when I asked for an opinion. She made the whole process seamless.When I went back to have them adjusted the manager was there to help me. She adjusted them perfectly.I've been back since for nose pads and once again the manager helped me.
