I'm being generous by giving three stars. There was a mixup with my prescription, so I had to come back, no big deal. Told the pharmacist that it's no one's fault but it was inconvenient. She blatantly ignored me. Wouldn't give me change for the bus cause she said she didn't know how to open the till, sent me to the front till where I got told very rudely to go to the cosmetics desk, went there, was sent back to the front. No one wanted to help me.

pharmacy is very unprofessional in my opinion. I dropped off a prescription and they kept me completely in the dark. they did not inform me that not only would it take 4 days to actually fill it, but also they decided to give me a brand that cost me almost $100 instead of the one originally prescribed which was free.... unfortunately I did not have the luxury of waiting even longer so I had no choice but to pay. do not recommend. keep your customers informed.

Clean, bright and the usual not quite enough staff to properly serve visitors" situation apparent of all SDM locations. Security is very much visible due to the social atmosphere outside of the location. One cashier to check you out and a few self-serve checkouts. Prices on general merchandise are higher than reasonable

I had been using a sample setting powder that my mom gave me and finished all of it, so I didn’t know what kind of product to look for because I’m pretty new to make-up. The cosmetics lady, Maggie, was super kind, patient, and knowledgeable; she listened to all my questions and took the time to explain what might influence my decision to buy different products! In the end, she found a setting powder that was right for me, which was also on saleXD, and gave me a some skincare samples since we had also talked about how I was struggling with my bad skin:< I’ll definitely come back to this Shoppers for skincare and makeup products!

I came to the store today but was treated very badly. Maggie from cosmetics department treated me as if I don’t exist. I was waiting to cash out but she went ahead and checked out someone who was not even on line then instead of helping me she started talking to another employee. I was waiting all this time. Felt as if I don’t exist. Horrible experience.

This location is ok.the only main reason am not fond of it is because this one Indian women working in cosmetics always follows me around the store whichis very uncomfortable for many reasons.There was this one time I had 2 benefit products with me and I went to the candy aisle were she then proceeded to follow me and take the products from me and telling me at the counter I can pay this really caught me off guard for many reasons but it just made me nervous know cause I did change my mind about the products but I felt like she would think I was going to steal the items in the first place so I just went and paid for them
