Edit: My entire experience with this company was extremely displeasing. During my decision making process, the general attitude was very unpleasant, not rude, but unplesant. Post purchase and delivery I also had a very unprofessional experience.

I have bought over 5 mattresses from this location for various rooms in the house for ourselves, kids and guests. These mattresses are great, especially the double sided mattress with memory foam if the hard side is too firm. Our original Sea Horse mattress which was bought 20 years ago is still in great shape. We just bought another mattresses for our new home. Just waiting for the delivery. I can't buy any other mattresses other than Sea Horse.

I bought a mattress there for my mother last two weeks. My mom's bed frame was brought from Hongkong when she arrived here. Therefore it was Hongkong double bed standard size 6' x 4', luckily, I found Sea Horse got one in stock specially for Hongkong immigrant. Although it is a bit overbudge for my mom, but she can enjoy it immediately don't need to wait for 3 months tailor made period. I have been using Sea Horse mattress for over 20 years, it is never disappointed me.

We arrived very late, one minute before they closed, however they took time to help us and to give us the good advices. My wife and I are sleeping on their mattress and we have never been disapointed.

I recently ordered a custom 4-inch mattress from Seahorse Mattresses in Richmond, and the entire experience was exceptional. The customer service was prompt and informative, keeping me updated on the status of my order. The mattress was shipped from Hong Kong, and the driver promptly delivered it from the Kingsway location to Richmond, saving us the hassle of waiting or traveling to Burnaby. The quality of the mattress is outstanding, providing me with the comfort and support I needed. I highly recommend Seahorse Mattresses for their excellent products and top-notch service.

Great mattresses. Diamond is best. Just a bit pricey. All high density foam. Only 2 mattress selections, but they excel at them.Other furniture available like sofa, etc.

I have been sleeping on Sea Horse mattresses all my life, starting from their Healthy Mattress as a child, and then moving on to their Everlasting Mattress for the last 10 years. I can say that my back has been pretty good all my life and the mattresses have retained their shape through the decades. I recently moved and needed a new mattress, so I purchased their Diamond Mattress. It has a softer top layer than the Everlasting, which is great for me as a side-sleeper! Cathy helped me with the purchase efficiently (I think she has been working there for 30 years), and delivery was also very affordable and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a Sea Horse mattress if you like a firm mattress that holds shape over time. My only wish is that they posted more information on their website, such as pricing and also photos of cross-sections of each type of mattress so that you can see the layers of each type. Currently, you can only find this info by speaking with them.

My chiropractor recommended I check out Sea Horse for their Healthy line of mattresses. He said many of his clients have used the same firm foam mattresses for more than a decade, and only change them when they move (and they still look good as new)! I wasn't sure which size and firmness to pick and the sales associate was very patient and informative. Delivery was punctual! Would recommend the business and brand again!

Poor customer and sales service. No stocks in shop and only several displays for ordering. Their products are expensive plus delivery charge comparing other brands of same products. The elderly sales said the new stocks of mattresses will come in this two days. So I ordered 2 mattresses and paid last Thursday. Today is almost 4 days past and I finally connected him and he replied my order is not on the list of this week container and need to wait for next week. I am sure he lost my order and excus. Highly not recomended.

Hong Kong branded mattress. Trusted for over 30 years. Their mattresses and pillows are superior to most. The mattresses are on the harder side, but they help my wife's bad back feel painless. Add on the Seahorse Space" pillow
