I went in and I was second in line. It still was a ten minute wait(by the time I got my coffee and breakfast sandwich). is that good or bad?lol

I go to this Tim Hortons occasionally for years. The service declined drastically. Today I ordered a bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and a medium coffee with double cream. I got a bagel that wasn't toasted with a very small amount of cream cheese. ( there is usually more cream cheese in bagels at other Tim Hortons locations). My coffee with double cream was very sweet. I went back to ask, if they had put sugar in it, as I ordered with no sugar. They argued with me, that they didn't put sugar in, but finally said, well, we can give you another one....No apology! They made me feel like I was the one in the wrong....

Went on the weekend and coffee was disgusting. Tasted like cleaner chemicals. Drinks weren’t full and lids loose kinda like they just threw it together with no care. I Waited there for 3mins in an empty store before someone acknowledge i was there. Said hello and just got blank stares.There is a rumour that the location does not like hiring local people. I was surprised to see no high school part time students working there on a weekend. Maybe there is some truth to these rumours.At least there a few more Tims to choose from in town so I don’t have to return to this one. This is not the first time ive had a bad experience here and some other local fast food restaurants. Whats happening to Stratford?

Terrible service. Had to repeat my order 4 times to the cashier and they still got my order completely wrong.Gave me one ice capp instead of 2, gave me the wrong sandwiches. Then while waiting for them to fix their mistakes I watched them argue with another customer about how her order being wrong was her fault not theirs.Customer service means nothing to Tim Hortons in stratford at this point and it is disappointing.

They couldn't even get a simple order correct, two medium coffee and two cheese croissants. Got two coffees that tasted like dark used dishwater, stood there waiting for the rest, had to ask 2 people before they went and looked up my order. This is the reason why I don't go to Tim Hortons.

Did you know if you don't have a cell phone to utilize a Tim App ...your unable to Roll up your Rim to Win. If you don't have an email address...than you cannot realize free coffee etc. with your accumulated reward points.I imagine that targets many seniors that are on limited income. Should Tim Horton correct this issue?? Let them know if you agree. Thankyou.

Ordered 2 lattes. After watching the employees make the drink wrong, iasked them politely to remake the drink and they gave me the hardest time claiming it was made correctly,and they weren't going to remake it. After arguing with them for 5 minutes they remade the drink and were super rude and disrespectful. I used to work at a tim hortons and am aware of how things are supposed to be handled when that happens. Very poor service.

Enjoyed most of the visit. Staff was courteous service was good. Only thing that killed it was l ordered herb and garlic pastry to take home. When l bit into it was the jalapeño pastry. Do not appreciate my mouth or stomach burning. Please have staff double check orders.
