Drive through staff was nice, but the portions are noticeably smaller than other locations (in this case a wrap, which was tiny) and they are only open until 3.Weak overall.

This might be one of the nicest Tim Hortons locations that I have ever been to. I had visited it during my way through Barry’s bay with the film crew in which we were show me a documentary in the area. You can imagine how hungry these people were that I was with. There was a sign on the door saying that they were shortstaffed but they managed to get us through very quickly and the food was definitely at the Tim Hortons standards that you know to love.

Big shout out to Gail! What a gem. The entire staff were awesome. Stopped in as a pit stop with my 2.5 year old. Everyone was sweet to him as he took forever to figure out his order. Service was kind and quick. I appreciated everyone in the store for making this very tired mama so happy today.You can tell the staff makes a great atmosphere because every patron in there was also sweet as pie. My kiddo was spoiled with attention.

Coming from Montreal. Arrived in Barry's Bay for gas and hot tea on a cold snowy day in February. They close the inside dining at 6 pm. So we just got there, got our tea and wanted to also but a couple of muffins. It was 2 minutes after 6, no other patrons around, but the tills were closed...sorry! Lots of muffins but none for sale. The drive thru also closed.Hours are 5 am to 6 pm.Nothing much open between Barry's Bay and Huntsville.So glad, by fluke, we got the essentials.

If you drive a vehicle and want coffee between 7am and 3pm go here. Unfortunately this Tim's is not an option for a large percentage of the population, people without vehicles, drive through only, no walk ups. This is discrimination towards those who can't afford vehicles, seniors and disabled who don't drive. The staff who work here are great, this is not on them.

I can’t believe I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes for a single cup of coffee. Why offer two separate drive thru’s and such a vast menu if you can’t up with it

Long line ups in the drive thru you're not allowed to go inside. And only open till 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The staff is good but I think the owners need to get their act together

There is a shortage of staff and they said that honestly in a poster. We were on the go. We ate our breakfast hare. Im pleased with their service. The location is very busy but staffs were smiley and friendly.

Way to much talking not enough coffeeing. Considering you close at 3pm your employees need to limit the amount of talking while 6-7 other customers are waiting and waiting and waiting to get in and get out. I personally don't need to hear your stories, I don't need to waste more time knowing other customers are trying to get in before you close. Just shut up take the order and finish the order, why take 3 coffee orders and proceed to finish one order at a time. You guys need to hurry up.
