I would absolutely never go to another piercing place! When you first walk in, Tiarra greets you with the friendliest smile and has such a level of professionalism and customer service that you don't get at other shops! She makes you feel so welcome and answers all your upfront questions! When you get to Shanon's room, she makes you feel so comfortable and has such a calm energy about her that really settles your nerves! Not gonna lie, I almost passed out when I got my piercings and they were SO accommodating, offering me water and to stay as long as I needed to settle my stomach. Overall, the process was extremely quick, sanitary and comfortable! If I could give more stars I would!

i have gotta ALL my piercings done here. my belly button in about 2016, my tongue about 2018 and both nipples in 2021 that all look AMAZING! and i can’t stress that enough. an AMAZING place to get piercings done in sudbury. the girl who does them is so sweet does not make you feel uncomfortable in the slightest, and willing to explain and answer any questions you have and the piercings in my experience have always looked amazing! i recommend all my friends to go get theirs done by her and they have the same experience every time. very clean place too!!!!

My mom goes to bring my daughter to get her nosed pierced here. I wrote a letter Authorizing my mom to bring her as I've been told that they've allowed this several times in the past. Once my mom arrived, they told her they couldn't allow it as I needed to be present. So I asked to speak with the girl over the phone. She told me I needed to be present and had to bring my ID" so I said ok I'm on my way. I drove 35 minutes to get there only for them to tell me I also needed my daughters ID as well. Unfortunately I did not have that with me as my vehicle is currently in the shop and I have a rental. My house is an hour from the establishment so I wouldn't have time to go back and forth before her grad. When I asked her why she couldn't tell me she needed both of our IDs when I spoke to her; knowing I was heading that way and trying to prepare for my daughter's grad that starts within the next 2 hours... her only response was well I must have forgot to mention that part. This could have easily been mentioned when I spoke to her and avoid a sad girl from not being able to go ahead with her graduation present and waste of gas in 2 peoples vehicles. Takes 2 seconds to mention this. Thanks a lot for wasting our time!"

I got my double lobes pierced today and Shanon was amazing. Great customer service and so fun to deal with. Highly recommend! ☺️

My experience here 10/10 Shannon was amazing, I fainted getting my piercing and she knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable and My piercing came out beautifully!!. Jen is such a sweet heart, and helped me fill out my paperwork and was amazing to chat with while I waited. Thank you!

I paid in full for a beauty and the beast sleeve I paid Sean-Paul in full 800.00 for this piece I seen him 1 time then I guess he was having issues couldn’t see me and still won’t return my money says he’s broke that’s not my problem so am I, bell was done so horribly I need to laser off her face to make a new one it’s been a year and when I message about my money he says he doesn’t have it I’d like this resolved asap so I have a undone portion of a tattoo that I’m embarrassed to walk around with and still no refund on what I paid for in full not happy at all if someone can contact me in regards to this would be great I don’t have money to throw away and I need this tattoo done elsewhere I don’t even like wearing tank tops that’s how bad it is ! I’ve tried to contact Sean numerous times with no reply

Shanon has now done two of my piercings, and has killed it both times! Such a great atmosphere, quick and painless, and the shop it just beautiful. Highly recommend going to Shanon for piercings!:)

Such a great place. I have heard nothing but great things about red dragon. I was very nervous to get my belly button pierced and when I walked in I let the lady at the front know. “I don’t remember her name:/“ but she told me it’s one of the least painful piercings. I then picked out my jewelry and signed the form that is required for health and safety reasons. Shannon was the one that pierced my belly button and she made me feel very comfortable, it didn’t even hurt. Felt more uncomfortable than pain. It wasn’t even bad at all. If I ever decide to get any other piercings I will definitely go back to Shannon. Thank you for making me experience amazing!
