Super sweet helpful and welcoming staff at this location as well as the Yaletown location. Makes me feel welcome and not like I'm interrupting like with some other tanning spots.

This was the most relaxing experience! The staff was so helpful and explained everything so well! From the foot bath to the sauna to the herbal towels it was a full five star spa experience ! I can’t rave about this enough! So relaxing and stress reliving ! Self care at its finest! Thanks so much ❤️❤️

I tried both the gastown and yaletown location today with classpass and loved it! The staff were fantastic and I enjoyed the red light therapy and infrared sauna. My only complaint was that you could hear the loud music from reception in the sauna so I would being ear plugs next time :) 9/10

I'm extremely disappointed with my teeth whitening. I've had it done in 2019 at the Yaletown location. I did 60 min teeth whitening and my results were successful instantly, 4 shades whiter. I decided to back this year October 2022. Note my teeth hasn't changed much since then according to my dentist, so I expected the same/similar results. After the 60 min treatment, there were ABSOLUTELY NO results! Not even one shade whiter. The lady who was helping me said no

Went in for my first infrared sauna at the Gastown location and it was amazing! Jenna was so kind and helpful. Whole experience is so relaxing - definitely going back! For an extra $5 you can get hot + essential oil scented cold towels, I highly recommend!

I used their Infrared Sauna Services in the past 5 months. The place is clean and nice. Staff are super friendly. Always such an relaxing and detoxing experience. I feel my skin get smooth and great circulation afterwards. I was offered a free herbal towel service in my last session. The smell makes everything even more relaxing. Loved it. Will continue to go back for sure!

This place is AMAZING! Not only are the services offered incredible (I have back pain and the sauna has helped tremulously with the pain) but the staff is members are so sweet and make the experience so relaxing and positive! Allison in particular IS THE SWEETEST person! Highly recommend cocoa!

I have been coming to this tanning salon since I moved to Gastown in 2022. Kerri and the rest of the staff are amazing. Always clean with all the best tanning beds available. Knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service. Do not hesitate to be a client a cocoa tanning. Highly recommend.

Nice ,friendly service.Clean premises .Music is a bit too loud in Gastown location and not getting total relaxation vibe while being in sauna;Yale Town location much better for that.Great for various health reasons.Recommend.
