JYSK Whitby - Thickson Ridge Power Centre

Got a ride here. Drove 40 min to have them tell me their inventory is off and they didn't have my shelf. Then the lady said but the oshawa store doesn't have it either so" what the heck? What does that even matter?"

Very disappointed with one of the cashier at the store. They marked one of the item at lower price. when we went to pay for the item cashier said that item is not under the marked price. We told her about the price we saw at the shelf. She didn’t even care to go check or neither asked anyone to check that, so we went back to that shelf again took picture of the product with marked price tag. We showed that to her but she said “I didn’t put it price tag there”. She sounded rude. She didn’t even care to say that offer is not valid or tag is related to some other item or anything like that. It is totally not the way big stores like JYSK should treat their customers. We informed this to the store manager but all he said is “it’s okay” . No one really cared to help us.

Dave at the Whitby store went out of his way to help me today to find an item not in stock. Unfortunately it wasn’t in OshawA either I guess the website is outdated but he spent a good 5-10 minutes looking for it and finally finding it. I appreciate it and always have a good experience at the Whitby store.

Came in today and was helped by your associate Morghan. She was incredibly helpful and took me to exactly what I needed and even helped me compare items. She gave me a pleasant shopping experience and I will return to this location. Thanks so much!!

Went here on March 11th to get some new tv stands and a cabinet, The guys there were really helpful! I pulled my car out so they and I could put it in the car. No scratches or dents. I’m coming back here!

The service my friend and I received from the staff at Jysk Whitby was spectacular. Blake greeted us and offered his help. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Dave was amazing. He helped us with our purchases and if I ever need anything for my home I will go to see Blake and Dave at the Whitby Jysk first!!!! Thanx guys, you really made our visit a pleasant one.

All the staff at this location are so helpful. Ken the “manager” is amazing, he is kind, friendly, caring and understanding. I had a situation and Ken was more than willing to help. Thank you! I would recommend this store if you are looking to get treated like a person!

I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Courtney who went above and beyond to assist me while i asked about stock on a few items.As a new mom to a 1 month old, the patience and kindness was really appreciated especially during the busy holiday season. Not having to dress up my baby to go to a store to see if an item was in stock really means a lot to me. Ive had a great experience even before stepping foot into the store and cannot wait to go tomorrow to purchase some items.

So we purchased a Gazebo two years ago and the sun n wind got the best of it. Sean the manager went way above and beyond to find us one and had it shipped in....GREAT JOB

My third week in Canada. Mr. Blake has helped me a lot with finding all the sheets, covers, duvet and pillows, which I know nothing about. Great shopping experience here.
