Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire

Clean rooms, good restaurant (Flower & Wolf) and great customer service. That being said, I would not pick this location for future stays. The hotels proximity to bars (our hotel room faced Barclay Plaza) and the street clean and leaf blowing from 1:30 to 2:30 a.m. (while the street cleaner gave rides to intoxicated bar patrons) was enough to deter me from staying at this location again. Too bad... because it really is quite nice.

This place is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure!First time staying here. Staff were extremely pleasant. Guy who ran the valet service was one of the nicest guys and even remembered us the next day, which was good because I lost my valet ticket. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was nice and warm, towels were a decent size which is always pleasant.

I was in Calgary for a medical procedure and chose the 1 bedroom w/living space. It was perfect for what we needed to recover. Lots of space and a closed off bedroom. The washroom was easily accessed from both the living room and the bedroom and had closed doors both ways. Very comfortable bed.The staff were always ready to help me any way they could. Always a friendly hello. They even gave me a delicious treat to help me with recovery. We included valet parking, which always had our car ready for us.Never had a bad meal at the restaurant. Would recommend the fish and chips, ribs, wings, and mussels. Breakfast was also so delicious, no matter what we ordered. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Calgary. They truly care.

The room was small but very nice. We were staying at the top floor, club level. The personal experience left a lot of room for improvement. Doorman were great! Reception, not so much. I was a guest of a frequent patron, and they made me feel like an interloper. We went out on the town and when we came back, they staff didn't even acknowledge us.The ground level restaurant food was as expected for the most part. The flavor of the food was on point, even though some of the order was wrong.Overall, it was a decent experience. Would I come back? yes.I hope this experience is a one off. Everything else is something I hope for in a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is at an amazing location. The suites are beautiful but the best part is their staff. The staff was kind and accommodating of my requests. They sent some wine and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our engagement. They made our experience extremely memorable and I highly recommend to plan your next stay at their hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and enjoyed the pool as well! The slide is super fast and is perfect for family fun! The rooms were okay, I have seen better rooms that were not congested for the price that was paid.

A very nice location close to the park and it was lovely to get some scooters and explore the area. Alan at the reception was phenomenal and made us feel welcomed. The highlight of our stay was obviously the WATERSLIDE, which was basically the reason why we booked this hotel and it was AWESOME. Very nice hot tub as well. Rooms have a very nice “old money ish” feel and we will absolutely come back if we’re ever in Calgary!
