Leggat Stouffville Ford

April 17 th 2023 . Just phoned to book an appointment to have someone to look at my F150 which bought from Houston Ford two years ago. I was told I would have to wait ten days before they could book an appointment . This is totally unacceptable . Looks like I'm going to have to change dealerships .

I was completely satisfied with the excellent service starting from the top all the way down! The way that everything was explained in detail to me, made me feel great! I properly scheduled an appointment last Saturday for Monday at 12PM to test drive and purchase a vehicle. Robert the manager drives this vehicle, as it’s a demo and he was 15 min late. I drove 2 hours to purchase this vehicle and not just that I had to wait for him, the vehicle was EXTREMELY dirty outside and inside (even a dirty sock was on top of middle row seat).I felt very disappointed and offended!!!This dealership is extremely unprofessional and I felt like an insult as I booked a proper appointment to buy an SUV that has been treated as a trash can.This was the grosses and dirty’s car I’ve ever seen in my life.The manager Robert is a joke and very unprofessional!I wasted 4 hours driving to see an SUV treated like a trash can and still had to wait 45 min as I arrived 30 min earlier.Wouldn’t trust buying any vehicle from this location. I left after seeing an expensive suv treated so terribly by the manager that couldn’t even respect my time.Will be reaching out to Ford head office too.

Outstanding! I took my car in without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon to have a recall notice addressed on my vehicle. On the way the plastic guard under my engine broke loose and dragged to the dealership. When I pulled in I was greeted by Pat who although extremely busy said he would squeeze me in for the recall service. It took less than half an hour and he presented me with the warranty for the work and no charge. He didn't even charge me for the repair to the guard that had come loose. These guys are tops in my book. I will make sure to go there again. Way to go guys awesome customer service.John from Unionville.

Do not go to this dealer. You have been warned. Called in half a dozen times to book an appointment. Was treated rudely by everyone who answered the phone. No concern of customer time or experience. I have been Ford for almost 20 years and this Stouffville Ford is the worst experience ever. Ford head office should evaluate this location. I can not proof this but I felt they were racists after I disclosed my name. Why would you want to have such in compliant staff answer the phone. Before I posted this negative review I called to advise the Manager of my experience. Was put on hold to speak to manager for 15 minutes and than eventually hung up on. Called back and no one was answering phone calls. Was going to main voice mail. Do not go to this dealer.*************UPDATE All issues resolved by the great management at this dealer. Mr. Sandeep Verma contacted me directly and worked with me until my issues were resolved. He is the sales manager and took this matter very seriously. Contact him if you looking to buy a car.

We purchased our first-ever brand-new vehicle last spring and like so many, had to wait several months for delivery. Our original salesperson had since left the dealership and we were lucky enough to be handed over to Dan Stevens! Dan, thanks for creating such a positive experience for us. Ryan was a great help in getting my Mach E! He called me as soon as the trim I was looking for was available and even came in early to help me secure the car! Max the sales manager was very kind and Shelley the financial services manager was awesome and got our paperwork dealt with way faster than expected! I'll come back when I can afford an F150 Lightning.
