A lovely store with a great selection of unique products! I felt so welcomed in the store!

If you are looking for your new favourite downtown Abbotsford boutique store; this is it!I have been to Lotus & Lemongrass twice now and both times I have left anticipating the next time I can get in to shop all their goodies and thinking about how good I felt while there. I felt so at home and relaxed, which made it easier to look through all their unique and beautiful items. They offer many local items and the owners were proud to tell me who makes each item and where they are from. I could feel how proud they were of what they sold and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything.Last night, my husband, daughter and I came to the store and sadly it had already closed. Tom, the owner, saw us peaking through the window and he so graciously opened the store for us and welcomed us in to shop after hours. He patiently educated us on products we had questions about, taking his time and never making either of us feel rushed. He told us his story about Lotus & Lemongrass and shared openly as if we had known him prior to this visit. His energy and openness felt so great; especially after these challenging years we have all had. Tom offered to wrap the gifts we bought which was such a treat and as we left, he popped a little gift in our bag for our daughter who had, in his words, been such a patient and well behaved shopper". One of the cutest home decor stores on Montrose! Absolutely love their products! They carry a lot of on trend items I see on Instagram & I love how they interact with their customers ✨ always a pleasant experience! Great place in finding that perfect gift!

I previously gave this store a 4 star review. But I am moving down to a 2 star for a few reasons. Their staff at this store used to be exceptional. I would come in they would know me and we would have genuine conversations. Now the staff follows me around acting like I’m going to steal something and they seem like they don’t care to truly connect with me. It’s just all about sales. Lotus and lemongrass I miss your old ways. Also some of the merchandise is offensive to women or people who have a bigger body.

The Lotus and Lemongrass Abbotsford store is always one of my go to places to shop! Love that the staff are helpful and informative.

This store is just gorgeous! The smell of all the candles and products instantly hit you when you walk through the door!The different decor items, food items and hygiene products are very high quality, and the smells are so relaxing! I highly recommend taking a stroll downtown to stop by this cute small business! :)

Thank you to Jill and her staff at the Abbotsford location for providing true customer service. This is so hard to find in today and i am very grateful when i do find it. I absolutely love the products carried by Lotus and Lemongrass. Great place to shop for yourself or for a gift. I will be coming back often.
