We have a 10 week old Australian Shepherd puppy and have enjoyed the new pet guide Bosleys offers for free for owners of new pets. It contained a number of helpful tips throughout the process of getting the pet, as well as a number of coupons and discounts at the back of the booklet. Thanks to the coupons, we got a really good quality leash and harness that has been so crucial for this little guy as we've been training him. We also appreciated the advice from the Pet Expert for food, sleeping arrangements, etc. Thank you Bosleys!

I have been dealing with this bosleys for many years since moving to Walnut Grove and have never had a bad experience everyone is very helpful and knowledged and if I could give everyone a raise I would. I definitely suggest coming here for advice and buying your animal supplies, all employees are very helpful and knowledged and go above and beyond I choose this bosley's over the other bosley's as its close to home and employees are amazing in every way. All Bosley elmpoyees are amazingly knowlwdged and helpful but I personally prefer basleys in Walnut Grove not only out of convience but also employee kindness, understanding, patience and knowledge.

Went in there from out of town to find a small portable gift for my dog, ended up finding a cute small plush. The lady acted a bit rude when I asked for a suggestion, seemed like I was inconvenienceing her. Usually have a great staff experience at other boselys.

Was there for their the self-serve dog wash and it went great. Lots of shampoos to choose from, provided towels, and has a professional blow dryer. They even have lots of treats in a jar for your pup.10/10 will be back again.

Horrible customer service,I’ve been coming here for over 12 year and they get a new manager and she is rude and doesn’t offer the same case lot discounts I’ve been getting for years. She says they don’t give discounts on the brand I purchase but yet I go to the Bosleys in Langley and buy the same food WITH the discount.Really, you should treat your customers better especially those who have been loyal coming for years!Shame.

Keri has been a gem from the first time I walked into the store! Very knowledgeable about all the products in the store as well as helped me find a good vet, great recommendations and helpful tips and tricks how to be a great new dog owner. Always had an answer to anything I threw at her! Definitely my go to pet store now! A+ 5 STAR

I was in bosleys and they let me sample the dog treats. Before my beloved dog gets to eat them I have to try them first so I know that they are good. The staff was amazing they didn't even judge me for eating the dog treats....

First time visiting Bosleys as I thought other competitor had better pricing but I was genuinely surprised during my visit. There was a self bath area for dogs and was busy on Christmas eve. Staffs were friendly and both dry and fresh food options were available and reasonably priced. I was looking for dog boots for cold and wet pnw weather and was able to score on clearance boots which was priced for 2.99! What a deal I say. Will definitely be back for food and supplies in future.
