Always an excellent experience for my husband and myself.Dr.Anil has been doing my treatments, he is extremely cooperative and friendly. The staff in the clinic knows by your name and were proactive in structuring a dental plan after detailed assessment. Very clean and tidy clinic.

Great dentist and friendly office. They are very inconvenient to deal with as they don't directly bill to insurance making it a huge hassle. I've gotten 2 types of dental services done here, on both occasions I had my insurance not cover some of the treatment which I did not find out until after treatment was completed. Office also charged more than the customary amount that insurance would cover. In my prior experience, most dental offices will only charge what they know insurance will cover but since this office doesn't directly bill, patients don't exactly know what will be covered by insurance. Unfortunately will be transferring to another office as I like to know what/how much my insurance will cover prior to getting work done.

Came here for an emergency appointment and ended up needing a root canal. I decided to have them do the procedure after being impressed by their exceptional hospitality as well as their health/safety measures in response to covid-19. I've never felt more comfortable at the dentist before. 4 appointments and 1 successful procedure later I feel very grateful to have found Dr. Shetty and his amazing team and look forward to becoming a regular patient here.

Dr Shetty has an excellent team, everyone is so pleasant and calming. They explained my treatment to me very well along with how’s and why’s of every step. They made sure that I was comfortable and got frequent breaks throughout the sitting since my jaws don’t hold the best. I had a bit of a problem after one of the procedures and they jumped right in the next day without delaying :) .Dr Shetty was very patient with me and made sure I had no problems after my procedure.Couldn’t possibly ask for a better experience !Thank you team. Appreciate all your effort!

Afraid of dental work? Don't be! This office is friendly. Everyone seems to know your name on your first visit. Gladis and Judy on reception are your first contact and I think they smile while speaking to you on the telephone. I first had my teeth cleaned by Sandra.She was gentle, informative and she found some problems. For the repairs, Dr. Shetty and Wilma worked together and I think they read each others mind as rarely did they have to speak. A TV is available in the room to watch if you wish. Dr. Shetty explained each move he was doing to keep me aware as I am panic sensitive. I didn't feel the needles! Nothing and that shocked me. This is a modern office, friendly, relaxing if one can relax while having dental work done and his gentle and quiet demeanour sets the tone for his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Shetty for several years now after he took over the practice. I am always impressed by his and his staff's friendly, professional work ethic. His office is run very well and has the most up to date equipment. I highly recommend Westgate Dental!!.

This place is hands down the best. Over the last 2 and half years, Dr Shetty has done 1 root canal, and 6 fillings for me. Each one of these procedures was done in the best way possible. He is caring, and highly skilled. I take my 5 year old to him as well. The staff over there is the best. Gladis who did all my billings; is the most competent administrator I have come across. The billings, insurance claims etc are handled without any complications. She does a through job understanding your insurance and advising you accordingly. The dental assistants are all extremely skilled and caring. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Nothing is ever rushed. You never feel pressured. The scaling the cleaning work that I got done from them was also done in a professional manner. It's a perfect little place for all your dental needs. They are well equipped to handle every kind of treatment or procedure you need done.

Wow the staff are amazing!! I walked into the office today for my first visit and I will definitely be back! From the moment I was escorted to the chair by the hygienist, I immediately began to relax from her calm and caring manner. Dr. Shetty walked in and put me at ease right away. He was very welcoming, straight forward and professional. After my experience today, I'm not so nervous about going back next week for a major procedure. Thank you Dr. Shetty and team, I will see you next week.

I highly recommend Dr. Shetty and his team!! I was extremely fearful going in to the office. I have had bad experiences in the past and had put off dental visits as long as I possibly could. I needed major work done (including cosmetic) that was going to take multiple visits. From the moment I walked into the office I was immediately put at ease. The front desk ladies are warm, caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Amala was so gentle during my new patient exam and my cleaning. The dental assistant was so kind and friendly and always making sure I was okay and comfortable. Dr. Shetty is one of the kindest people I have ever come across and it made my whole experience not just tolerable but truly comfortable. Dr. Shetty and his staff are not only great at what they do but genuinely good people who listen to your concerns and care about your well being. I still have several visits left before I am done but I don't dread the thought of them anymore. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental work. I was so impressed. I loved my visit to the dentist. The Hygienist Linda was wonderful! I have had bad experiences before and she had me completely at ease. She has a gentle touch and my cleaning and assessment was a breeze. Dr. Shetty was fast and efficient. He took the time to explain the work i needed done and why, which helped with my anxiety.I have had a great deal of work done on my teeth and he was able to explain everything so that it made sense.The technology used in the office is also top notch! They take photos of your teeth and show you where the problems are. This was great.Will definitely recommend this office to others.
