The food here is so incredibly fresh I can’t describe it. The salad on my lentil and rice tasted like it was just cut from a garden somewhere 5 minutes prior. The bread on my lamb sandwich was so fresh and had that soft springy dense-ness while not tasting dry. Very nice! Would love to come back for their weekend menu and dinner.

The food quality is amazing.This is a fusion persian cuisine, with all the authentic flavours of a home cooked meal.I have been there more than 5-6 times since they opened and have been fully satisfied with their meal and service every single time.

Persian food is served in a modern and pretty style here. This place is a little bit pricier than other Persian restaurants, and that’s understandable since they’re using new methods and recipes to prepare food. I’ve been here few times and every time I enjoyed everything. Ambience is nice and artistic. Turmeric and orange cake is always a must!

I love the decor of this restaurant, especially the sunny area at the windows. There can be a bit of glare but it just gives a special vibe. The menu is somewhat confusing as there aren't many options (for lunch - dinner might be different), and there doesn't appear to be any appetizer/main separation, yet not all dishes sounded shareable.The koofteh were delicious, and the saffron ice cream is also a unique taste. I enjoyed the presentation of the potato pancakes. The turmeric cake was average. I think the portion size is on the small side, but it might be the way we ordered. Still - would recommend giving this place a try!

Yummy Persian food and the ambience is nice and the place is so artistic .We enjoyed our time and food here. Love the interior and calm vibes in these restaurant. Felt like we needed more items in the lunch menu ,but overall food tastes good,a must try place .

Delara stands out as one of the best Persian restaurants in Vancouver. The food is exceptionally delicious, and the staff is kind and polite, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, complementing the overall ambiance. Every dish on the menu is amazing, making it difficult to choose a favourite, and it's evident that they use fresh ingredients in their preparations.

As this Persian cuisine restaurant was Michelin Recommended , we were excited to try it!Nice place , beautiful Persian details , great food , friendly servers!We tried the pomegranate margarita, roasted cauliflower ( the sauce was tasty ) Duck Fesenjoon ( absolutely delicious) and the Beef Ghelye Stew! The original persian recipe is made with Fish, so I wanted to try this new style, but I liked fish better ( the herbs and spices were great though, beef was a little undercooked and firm)The rice on the other hand wasnt so good , it was definitely not Persian rice and I think it better be , cause the persian rice is the best .In the end , they served Tea and a little sweet treat , Unfortunately nobody asked us if we have any food allergies, and there was almond inside that, so I got allergic and it was very dangerous, I recommend them to ask about people’s allergies first , then serve something for every person ! Cause that would be so dangerous

I’ve never seen such beautiful, modern, and smart Persian restaurant abroad. The very artistic Persian interior design is giving me all good vibes from what I call the best of iran.It is too smart not having traditional kebab on menu for 2 reasons: the restaurant smells good and cuisines that are offered are more genuine rather safely popular.

Love the interior design and decor. It has a nice Persian style but is still very modern and clean. I've had brunch and dinner here and all the food I tried was fantastic. Service is also wonderful. Got free drinks one time when our food was taking a long time. I don't think this place has enough hype for how good it is!

This is a beautiful place, and I loved the atmosphere. The food was a new take on Iranian cuisine. Their food seem to be more inspired by Iranian cusine but then taken to a fine dining level. The playing was beautiful and the food was delicious. I didn't get the chance to try their cocktails, but they did have some very interesting ones on the menu that I would probably go bavk to try.
