Arturo is an excellent home inspector that I highly recommend! It’s really difficult to find honest, knowledgeable and professional people in this industry, so I was ecstatic when I met Arturo. His knowledge of how houses are built, the specifics of the materials, how weather affects them, craftsmanship, etc… helps reassure that homebuyers are getting a honest, thorough home inspection report. He has gone above and beyond, returning to properties to RE-inspect if there’s been push back with sellers. He’s returned emails, texts and calls answering all questions after the report comes out and even when repairs are made. If you want a quality inspector, call him!

This is the second time we've used Art to do a home inspection. The first was a single-family home and the second was a condo. He was just as thorough with the condo inspection as he was with the single-family, although it was understood that a great number of discoveries would need to be addressed with the Association. We've already booked him for a 3rd home inspection for another property we are acquiring.
