The Mobile Shop is a great place to get a phone. They offer multiple carriers and plans AND often include free points to use towards groceries! Helen at Sherwood Park offered exceptional service, got us a great phone and plan, plus lots of extra points for free groceries!

It was the 4th day since I applied for a post paid subscription and still waiting for my mobile phone. When I call the store, a store employee interrupted me while I am talking and said they were busy. I called 8 hours later, and they said the phone was just within the province but it was already 4 days!. I will not transact again with this store. Transact with Amazon or Bestbuy, even if your orders are from another province, it will come in 2-3 days. Absolutely after sales customer service is not that excellent.

Just purchased an IPhone 13 at Mobil Shop Sherwood Park and service was great, Mary-Helen went above and beyond to ensure my purchase and plan change over went smoothly. It was a tad more complicated as I am a TELUS Retiree and on a special program. Thank you Mary-Helen.

I was able to get a new phone and they had a good sale on with lots of points, that i then spent on a TV. Mary-Helen was really helpful and even got me on a better TELUS plan!
