When you get the right people it is a great place with reasonable prices. The red headed male with the tattoos needs an attitude adjustment. He didn’t look up a part for me because they closed in 5 minutes! Another time I went in and he had to call my mechanic who is doing the work if I was in fact getting the part for him so I could use the discount. Wasted my time and his time. He’s about 5x slower than anyone working the front. Absolutely ignorant talking to him , sutherland you need to either fire him or stick him in the back because he does not know customer service.

Great experience. It was the 3rd parts store I visited looking for a power steering pump.It's for an older vehicle, and I brought the old one with me.The first store, when I asked if they might have a pump like this, the kid asked if it was a fuel pump or maybe a water pump.The guy at Sutherland automotive knew what it was and, with a bit of searching, found one that would work for my 55 yr old truck with a motor.

Bumper to Bumper Automotive Store is a top-notch shop! I visited for autobody supplies and was impressed for my friend who is a autobody student. The store had a great selection, neat layout, and helpful staff. They quickly assisted me and made sure I got what I needed. Overall, it's a fantastic automotive shop.
