Service was great, servers were friendly but seemed understaffed - servers were working very hard to keep up and did a great job. 4 out of 5 stars for service.Reservations line was hit or miss, they asked us to call them back instead of setting a time for us? Another time they were accommodating. 2 out of 5 stars for the reservations line.Restaurant was way too cold - the temperature was set for the comfort of the staff rather than the patrons.... this is a rookie mistake by management. Never should you be in an eating establishment with a fan blowing cold air directly at you. 1 out of 5 stars for climate control.The views were nice depending on where you were seated and the music was appropriate. 4 out of 5 stars for ambiance.Food was fresh and the chef did a great job of blending original flavors and textures. 5 out of 5 for presentation, flavor and portion size.Deserts were very good but portions were small.Price was a little high for mains, average for all day menu, deserts were overpriced. 3.5 out of 5 for value.

The food here is delicious! The bannock bread, omg the bannock bread - absolute must have. We stayed for the weekend so we had our fair share of sampling the menu. I would absolutely recommend this resort as a whole, but if you are just looking for a relaxing setting for a nice meal - you can't beat this place. The Sunday brunch was to die for!! Overall A++ experience, the food was top notch and affordable, the view is gorgeous and the staff were equally amazing. Dion treated us to a traditional song while playing the drum and it was memorizing!

Inside the Quaaout Lodge, we found Fantastic fresh local cuisine. Great selection of wine. We stretched ourselves to fit in a Perfect dessert and a lovely view of the lake. Efficient, friendly service was very knowledgeable about the menu. Great covid procedures in place.

Tried to go to Mother’s Day brunch. Sat ourselves at a table because the waitress was busy and weren’t even acknowledged for 30 minutes. We finally left. I wish I could give zero stars

The food is usually always great; however they should reconsider closing at 7pm in the summer. We just got off the course at 645 and they wouldn’t seat us as they close daily at 7pm. Lost opportunity to close that early during high season.

They staff and management really went above and beyond. The food and service is top notch as always but where they stood out was how they accommodated us. It was my 10 year anniversary and I spoke with them on the phone about wanting something to make the dinning experience stand out and feel special. When my wife and I arrived for our reservation they had a special table reserved by the back window with a view. They had moved tables and pulled down blinds, essentially blocking off an entire section of the restaurant just for us. The table was draped in white linen, decorated with flowers, and a bottle of champagne was on ice waiting for us. This effort made what could have been a basic dining experience stand out and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. Thanks to everyone there who helped make our night special.
