Called in and seemed they wanted nothing more than to hang up as soon as possible? No hate towards them personally just found it a bit odd to be immediately put on hold and then told they have no near bookings and bye *beep*. it’s a rough job space and I understand, but ouch! Haha

Our dogs have been patients at Quaker Hill Veterinary for the last 13 years. Dr. Barb has cared for our 2 seniors, and our new puppy, who was so small she was considered special needs by the breeder. With the care of the Quaker Hill team, she is now a year old, and thriving. We have been very happy with the care our dogs get at Quaker Hill. Dr. Barb Kovacs is a wonderful advocate for all the pets in her care.

Our dog recently needed some urgent medical attention and we've had a really pleasant experience with Dr. Barb Kovacs and her staff.We have been more than satisfied with the level of professionalism, compassion, patience and understanding, and as a bonus they've charged a very reasonable price for all the services they provided. Dr. Kovacs has been looking after our Teddy since he was a new pup 14 years ago. She goes above and beyond to call when there is a concern (phoned me when I was in BC on holiday three years ago to reassure me that Teddy would be okay after my kids brought him in following an injury) and to follow-up with results after Teddy's surgery this year and also to see how he was doing. She is a wonderful, caring vet and her staff are also fantastic. We know we are in good hands and highly recommend Dr. Kovacs and her clinic.

I took my kitten here because he was having digestive issues. Dr. Kovacs is the kindest, most animal loving veterinarian I’ve seen. She tries to solve every problem while keeping tabs on us constantly to make sure the kitten is okay at home. I would recommend her to anyone with a pet, because who wouldn’t want someone that cares about your pet as much as you do? The prices are fair, and they have reasonable hours as well. She understands the financial difficulties of owning a pet so she tries to accommodate when she can. This is my new favourite veterinarian spot and I can’t wait for the staff to see little Patron grow into a healthy cat. Thank you for everything!

The staff and doctors here are amazing! Our breeder had registered our cat here and we needed to find his hidden ball somewhere in his body. They had a sonographer on site early in the morning and they had completed a successful surgery after the ultrasound. We traveled 1hr from Toronto and the drive was completely worth it.Thank you for the successful surgery and we really appreciate the detailed report we received! I highly recommend this vet office.

Everyone here is amazing and very supportive. They are very open and honest but also very non-judgemental. As a dog owner that always worries about finances they are very accommodating with my needs or upfront and the vet bills are always affordable. Highly recommend!

I have been taken my Boston Justin to Dr Barb for years and she took care of him so much until he passed at 14 years old. We have a new dog, a Frenchie, now who we wouldn't take anywhere else. The care he gets from a loving place with so much care and affection is second to none. Eddie Was recently neutered and needed work on his nostrils to make them bigger to allow our frenchie to breathe better. Wow he is so much more active and can breathe so much better with the help of Dr Barb and here unbelievable staff. Not to mention his nose looks fantastic and symmetrical, which is also great. Thank you for being so caring and giving with information and suggestions to help him live a long and most important happy and healthy life. You're the best guys!!

Absolutely lovely clinic, staff and Doctor. DR Barb and staff were both professional and caring. They did everything necessary to see that all facets of my pets needs are being met. Handled my beautiful new puppy with care. They were very personable and dedicated. This was greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to continuing with them. I know my pup will be in good hands.
