Today my husband and I with our 3 month old baby had the true pleasure of meeting Steve.He came to our rescue in under 20 minutes of the call. Not only did he try to give us a quick, temporary fix in order to get our truck back to Welland... He then offered us a ride back to Welland so we didn't have to wait for someone or call a cab when the fix didn't work. He was extremely professional, personable and he absolutely left a lasting impression on both of us. In the future we will definitely use their services again if we need too and will refer to anyone else who may require their services. Thank-you Steve! Coolest grandpa ever!

Never come to this towing centre. Rather go to CAA for more professional service. A bunch of cowards at this location. A bunch of racist old white men. Scammers. Never call these guys for help, they will have a hidden agenda in mind. Many of my peers have had the same experience. To save you trouble please never contact Robbins Towing. They need to shut this place down asap.

Not the type to leave a bad review but they lack professionalism and are a bit rude over the phone. They also gave my insurance company a hard time over different fees and when they’d be able to collect my vehicle.

Called to have my flat tire looked at as im stranded and he asked if I have a spare, then asks if I have a lock and key for the tire. I said I wasn't sure what he meant he didn't explain he instead told me I'm not going to waste my drivers time if you don't know what it is" super great service. Do not recommend"

Wish I could give this 0 Stars if I had an option. Lazy individuals that are looking to grasp any penny out of you. Will literally break rules to make money from any car. They are worthless people that have no morals. Dealt with Joe and Steve and they absolutely hate their jobs by their demeanor, no wonder why they are in the Towing industry. Their lack of intelligence brings them to the career field they are in. Please save your hard earn money and time and please do not make the mistake and resort to these scammers. Please contact another professional than this run down Robbins Towing.

Said they were going to be there in 15-20 minutes and they honored their word. Changed my tire and got me on the road again in no time. Very happy with their service.
