Amazing customer service. Curb side pick up was super easy. I'm so glad I found this store, can't wait for everything to open up so I can check out the inside. The online portal is also set up brilliantly which made my online shopping a breeze. They carry new and gently used. I got sooo much for such little $. Whomever I dealt with today was super friendly and helpful

Cute store for children and ladies second hand clothing with a few new items mixed in. Quality of items is hit or miss (stains, pilling, misshapen). Some prices are reasonable ($6-12 for pants and shirts) while others are a little high ($16 for a sweater, $49 for a new dress with tags). No public washrooms (which we looked up after and is illegal under most municipal by laws, covid times or not, but I couldn’t find a yay or nay in Scugog on it asides from the Toronto Star story saying public washrooms accessibility a problem with businesses in Port Perry). Kids and seniors can’t hold it like most others can and considering a lot of kids must enter with their parents/grandparents I’m not sure how customers can shop for very long before having to leave with their kids/grandkids. Seems like a bit of a loss of business if you ask me since people have to hurry to leave and spend their time elsewhere. I’m sure there’s a reason for it though but it was made to seem like covid related without saying covid. The sales associate was very kind though and did direct us to the business centre, but there we were told we were misinformed and they don’t have washrooms for public, so might be wise not to send anyone else there to be disappointed (kids that is. Very hard to tell a small child to keep holding it). Other than the washroom ordeal it was an okay experience and worth checking out for any hidden treasures.
