I am disappointed and upset with my experience dealing with New Balance Canada. My order was lost, and no one could provide me with information on when it would be delivered or when my money would be refunded. With each phone call, I was asked to wait another 5-10 days. I do not recommend ordering anything from this store if you don't want the hassle of dealing with this supplier.

bought an expensive pair of new balance running shoes, 174$ wore out in 3 months, tried to contact NB with the site several times they never ever reply

I am disappointed with the customer care provided by New Balance Canada. I've been a customer of the brand for over twenty years. I've had nothing but problems with New Balance Canada dating back to 2017.I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes in dating back to May 2022, but was unable to pre-order (no reason given) or receive a consistent ETA on the shoes availability due to the company citing supply and labor shortages.When I contacted their customer service team, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. I was hung up on and unable to receive any assistance. Additionally, when I asked for information on who runs New Balance Canada, the customer service team was unwilling to provide me with a simple answer. It is concerning that the company is not adhering to their own 24-hour response rule and is actively avoiding my inquiries. Overall, my experience with New Balance Canada's customer service has been frustrating and unpleasant

Ordered shoes, paid extra for shipping with Canada post only to find out that it will take 5 more days, over the free standard shipping.Also spoke to customer service which was pretty much nonexistent. First and last time getting NB shoes. What a joke.

Fell a few times with these new shoes from New balance .fell apart within a month.terrible

Customer service is non-existent! Waiting over 3 weeks for refund on returned shoes that did not fit. Every time I call, they tell me it will be a few more days". I won't buy New Balance again"
