I encountered a rather unsatisfactory dining experience at your establishment recently, during which I invested a considerable amount of time, surpassing thirty minutes, in waiting for my meal. Throughout this period, I received no provision of additional coffee, nor did I receive any form of acknowledgment from the server. Subsequently, after enduring a total of 45 minutes in the restaurant without any food or service, I made the decision to depart.In an attempt to address my disappointing encounter, I promptly notified the management of my experience via telephone. However, I was disheartened to encounter a defensive and confrontational manager who seemed more inclined to safeguard and support their subpar staff member, rather than acknowledge the shortcomings and rectify the situation. The manager's peculiar behavior struck me as odd, as my communication was devoid of any impoliteness, yet the manager chose to prioritize the defense of their staff rather than acknowledging the evident flaws and addressing the matter at hand.I sympathize with the owner of the establishment, as it appears that they are facing notable challenges with both their staff and management.

Seven of us had breakfast/lunch today, we had three young boys with us. The servers were great at getting a table large enough for us all together. Our server was polite and good with the kids! The kids loved the robot cat that delivered our food. Overall a great experience! We will probably be back :)

I’ve been to this location a few times now. From the time you order, expect it to be at least an hour before you receive your food. Nobody came around to refill our water or coffees, we had to ask different servers if they could please check on our meals.

Reliable spot for a really good breakfast. Good fruit cup (which is important to me), and my favorite is half an order of Southwestern bennies. Fast, efficient service.The space is large, and has multiple booths.

So...WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?Well...Dennys was and is better when it is either the only option in 100miles, your off a highway far ways from home or hung over and crave fried anything.(Why you wouldn't go to Mc D instead for that I wouldn't know)Cost is around $25 dollars per person.Example...2 eggs 2 bacon/2 peices toast and drink $25.Thats alot of $$$ for what you get!The service was mediocre and not worth the 15% tip.The robot got caught on chairs and was more of a gimmicky restaurant thing for customers rather then useful in anyway.At the end we were not offered a take out bag for our cheese sticks...so we carried them out wrapped in napkin. Very strange and disappointing.I am willing to bet the business is having difficulties finding decent help. The service for food was fairly slow at near 40min.order to table.The longer cook times make it difficult to come here for lunch break. You wont make it back in under an hour.

Went for dinner. It was my son's birthday. The kids love the robot. It sang Happy Birthday to him. I always love breakfast for dinner. Staff was very friendly and the food was quick to be served.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a very good experience today. We took our grandson for his first birthday, and by the time we got our food, everything was cold. It took forever and seemed impossible to even get a coffee refill. They didn't even offer the birthday boy anything for his birthday breakfast. I was very disappointed with our first time here.

This our go to place in St Thomas. The girls love it when my son (Avery) comes. Food is never a disappointment. They are always happy and friendly

They have a nice patio area to eat at, although I was not super impressed with the Eggs Bennie I ordered. The sauce was dry on top, the eggs were over cooked so they had no runny yolk and they forgot I ordered hashbrowms which were undercooked when they did arrive unfortunately. I would however recommend their Oreo milkshake and pancakes!
