They gave me a wrong item for repair of my shoes. And now I have to put in the garbage my shoes. Useless employees.

Always have trouble finding my size (10.5) but the issue I always have is most of the time there is 1 cashier and the line has more then 3 individuals. Wait is fairly long. But nice clean store. Good Prices

Good location, large selection. The kid section is great and I like that they have it roped off to control foot traffic during the pandemic. However, the sales lady in the kid section was not having a good day I think since she seemed very frustrated and unhappy. She also voiced some concerns she had about some customers, to herself but loud enough so everyone can hear. It’s understandable that these are difficult times (pandemic) to work retail, but this type of unprofessional behaviour is uncalled for. Maybe she needed support from fellow associates or to have a break. It would have been difficult though, because as busy as this store is - it is very minimally staffed. The door associate and the cash associate were very pleasant and they were both dealing with very long lineups. Management - please support your staff better.

Came in today to purchase a pair of work shoes. Natalia is the kindest, caring, and most professional sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. She assisted me with everything I needed and answered all my questions with genuine care and competence. Thank you to her.

3110 Bathurst location is one of the largest Shoe Company stores I've visited in Toronto so far. the shop has women and men section and a whole children department. Good selection and decent prices. The store is well organised, neat and well maintained. good experience! returns allowed up to 60 days after purchase with the receipt and the original box.

Very clean and tidy. Staff are polite and professional. Bought my shoes online and had it delivered here. Took the time to take it out and try it on incase I didn’t like it. Perfect fit. Many varieties. May shop here again.
