Super service, friendly and fast, got my driver's license and Medicare renewal done in under 25 minutes with 15 persons in front of me .

Staff is nice but the appointment systeme is useless... you show up at 10 for your appointment but you wait in line 30mins..

I was at their premises at 08:40.I joined up a long from outside as seen in the pictures and videos until I was allowed in with an appointment.I wouldn’t hold the agents accountable for this unfortunate situation due the upgrade of SAAQ to saaqclic.From the long queue outside I entered the building around 10:25 to join another inside queue.The receptionist was the one in charge of managing and arranging the number in the office and in the queue outside.She calls upon people to enter and move up on queue.There are 7 booth but 6 were active when I was inside the building.Much priority were given to people with appointments on that day.I managed to get my issue sorted out and I was out around 11:45.All these while everyone has to stand in the queue.Agents were welcoming,nice and friendly but Unfortunately in this snowy weather condition it’s not favourable to be queuing outside and standing all throughout.I hope SAAQ intervenes immediately.

I was greeted at the door with a smile. My appointment was respected and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Thank you!

Organized, not many people. Don't see the point of having to make an appointment. Most that walked in didn't have one.

Bring a bed and camping gear with you. If your waiting time is less than 4 hours, go to bet as soon as you get out of here. Because it means you are lucky

Terrible. Showed up, 5 people at the desk with a long line up outside. All the counters taking people with appointments only and avoiding everyone in line. When I asked, they said counter 1 and 2 was for no appointment yet those counters kept calling people with appointments only. Frustrating. Poor service. Avoid unless you want to sleep here.

They don't have a clue of what they can do..Terrible service.Avoid to waste your time here..People waiting outside with raining day..Still asking for appointment to do anything...Training your personalBe more productive

Great new covid concept, you make an online reservation and you don't have to wait at all. Hope they keep the process post covid.

Sold my car at the SAAQ within 20 minutes.Can't complain about the service if you obtain an appointment. It saves you a lot of time. Wouldn't hurt if the some services were a little more in English but what can you do in Quebec...
