Inner Balance Hot Stone & Massage

I worked at the spa about 3 years ago as a receptionist, now I live in Vancouver now. I have to tell you as an employee knowing the ins and outs of the company that this spa was amazing. One of the nicest caring owners and employers that I have ever met. She cares about her staff and her clients. She even still massages. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very passionate about what her products and services they offer. Her staff was also fantastic and most of them have been with her for more than 5 years.The staff truly care about their clients and it was a great environment. I used to work on a 5 star cruise line where we were trained in high end customer service. Caring about clients is key and caring about your employees makes that happen. They are amazing at what they do and create a fantastic experience. As you leave they will offer you a warm herbal tea that completes the lovely experience. The prices are a lot lower than other spas.I have the utmost respect for this company. No one asked me to write this, I am doing this because I am so grateful there are companies like this that exist.

Heather is amazing-- makes you feel super comfortable and definitely knows her stuff! The most reasonable prices I've ever had for a massage and she is super accommodating too. 10/10 recommend!

I had the best massage ever from Heather at Inner Balance Massage. Haven’t felt so relaxed in years. Much better than the expensive spas I have gone to for massage, and at a fraction of the cost. Heather uses a combination of various techniques, like hot stones, acupressure and deep tissue massage. Wow, thank you Heather! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I am very pleased with the massage I had from Heather, I was in a car accident ,and have whiplash , the massage from Inner Balance was so much better than the traditional physio, that was not working for me ..I Highly recommend !

Amazing experience. Heather definitely knows what she is doing with a hot stone massage. I came in with a week long headache and the day after I saw Heather it was gone. Really reasonable prices and a great location with a cute little cottage in the back yard where she does her massages. Unfortunately, not an RMT, so can't be claimed on benefits plans, but I'd already used all mine up for the year anyways.
