Love this place! Owner is friendly and the treats are very good!

My sister ordered from here for her son's birthday. She didn't receive her order and the owners refuse to refund her. So basically they have stolen her money.Update: after ignoring my sister for A YEAR they finally refunded her. The owner contacted her the same day I posted these negative reviews.The owner then tried to save face and embarrass me on one of my reviews by telling me that this problem was already being dealt with; which it hadn't been until the review.I originally omitted the length of time my sister had been attempting to receive a refund because my only goal was to help her get her money back. However, after she used my omission in attempts to embarrass I no longer feel any empathy for her.The owner is completely unprofessional and cares more about appearance than actual customer satisfaction.
