Pioneer Chrysler Jeep

I talked to and visited just about every Jeep dealer in BC in the last couple of weeks. Pioneer was the best for price and experience. Don't waste your time with other dealers talk to them first. I live on Vancouver Island and it was worth the trip to see them!

Pioneer Chrysler Jeep - Shout out to the service department! Rahim and the two ladies in service have always been a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, we had to make a decision to purchase both our Jeep vehicles in Langley as our personal experiences with the sales department was not as positive. I have also had the misfortune of requiring the services of your body shop, also was not a pleasant experience. My point being, if the sales staff and body shop staff wanted to spend an hour shadowing the staff in the service department, they would learn what great customer service skills are. Always a smile, always feel valued as customer and positive energy! Today they met and exceeded my expectations in service. I would consider my next trade with Pioneer if that level of customer service was consistent throughout the dealership. 5 Star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely the best service I could have ever wished for. Both the sales and service teams are incredible. Douraid goes above and beyond for his clients and the management team too! Service you don’t get anymore, quality. Not just a focus on sales, but experience. The service team is just as amazing, April is so lovely. Really nothing but the most positive and wonderful things to say. I’ll be recommending them to everyone!

I can give this dealership a ten-star if allowed. Best service department i have ever seen over the years. Especially the front girls April and Monna they are very helpful and big sweet smiles. Arranged free shuttle rides during the busiest traffic hours, and explained service items thoroughly. I surely will purchase my next truck at this dealer in the near future. Strongly recommend them to anyone who drives a RAM truck.

My husband needed a vehicle so we went to Pioneer Mission. They were unfailingly polite & really worked hard to find wheels in our price range. Couldn't have looked after us any better. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have bought 2 vehicles from here over the last 3 years, a pickup and a minivan for my family. The experience is amazing from the moment you walk in to the minute you drive off the lot, clean vehicles, financing is a breeze and overall experience with Tyler, Linda and the whole team including autoplan on-site is outstanding which is rare to find these days.
