Folio did our hallway refurbishment and they were great to work with. The Board went back and forth for a long time deciding on the final design but I'm glad we did it, the condo is updated now and not an embarrassment!

We had our hallways done by Folio a year ago and they are still holding up well. I wish residents would not spill things on the nice carpet, but what can you do, people are careless.

I went over to my friend's condo the other day and we used his pool and gym for the first time in over a year. The entire lobby area, party room/exercise room is new. It looks amazing. Since I live in a condo as well, I asked who did the work and he told me it was Folio Interiors. He told me that he and the other board of directors like it because they did the design as well as the construction. Since the building I live in is getting a bit ghetto looking, I'll be recommending Folio Interiors to my Board President. We need a simple one-stop shop like this. I’m really impressed by the work they did.

This company did the overhaul of our party room and it turned out to be so much nicer! It is definitely a place we actually want to have gatherings in. When covid is over, we will finally get to enjoy and utilize the room

Our party room was more like a funeral parlor, no one used it. Folio came in and helped us reimagine the space as a yoga studio - and because it was a designated multi purpose room, we were allowed to modify it. Now, the bar is a water station and the room is bright and airy and houses our gym machines and weights. They also did our lobby and even though it still has the original old floors, they did a nice job updating what they could.
