EI Sick benefits is exhausted.I'm off work with severe ankle injury.Receptionist explained mathamaticaly that my 10 years of working was my 15 weeks of benefits. That's all you pay into it. I told her she made me feel bad by saying that, she stsrts telling me ahe been there, single mother and everything. What does that have to do with me being incapable of working due to injury?She was mad. Her neck even turned red. Very unprofessional and not so nice.Poor service!She should not be working there.

Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It's actually nice to come here because you do receive help with things. If only all government offices could be like this in town.

Service is good. Just like I used to get in Edmonton. No complain about that. The location was confusing for me. I google map was telling me that I have arrived but I couldn't see it from Manning Avenue since it's behind a apartment building.So if someone is going for the first time, don't expect to see it beside road.

I just visited this place first time. They have all signs and tools for Covid-19 pandemic. It was quite during lunch time. Location was very easy and straight forward for me. Very neat and clean facility. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Our work was done within 15 minutes with love and care. Can’t Thanks enough to the staffs. Parking spot is available for visitors and also for disabled parking. I would highly recommend others to visit this facility if they need to.

When I go to the Web page it tells me that you are opened, as of now (15:02) and when I call the number, the recording says you are now closed and your hours are until 5pm. A very poor service for a government office of your stature.

Issues with my clame. Have been calling for the past 2 weeks. Either my call gets dropped (after bring on hold for over an hour) or I can't even get through due to high call volume.

Frequency. Energy. Vibration. God is Energy and so are we (telepathic).

You guys realize there is NO Service Canada center that answers a phone right? It goes to their call center always. You cannot contact a specific location with service Canada other than going into the office.Anyone know if these guys can inscribe to account at this location?Giving 1 star just because I hate our federal government. Staff are great.

So unhelpful! Was told by the Edmonton Passport office that my wife could change her name on her passport at this office. After multiple trips to this office, telling them that the Edmonton Passport office was saying this function could be performed, was told by this particular office that no they could not do this. The rationale given was that my wife's passport needed to be within a year of expiry, hers was 1 year and 1 week ... The arbitrary nature of this roadblock is as baffling as it is frustrating. All this office could suggest is to drive to Edmonton, or wait. What was nice was that they told us if we waited she would not receive her passport back in time for her next flight out of country.Service Canada moto, We're not happy until you're not happy"!"

I have been there couple weeks ago. They have a board saying no misbehaving will be tolerated.Okay we got it. But employee can do it?She was giving me paper to write something, by literally throwing it and her tone was rude too. Made me feel like I don't know anything.This should also not be tolerated.
