Paws-N-Tails Dog Grooming

DO NOT TAKE your dog there. I had been going to the previous owners for the past 20 plus years.I should have figured out they were not reading Linda's remarks on her card of instructions.The card they brought out had no writing on it.They skinned my King Charles to the point , very little hair is growing back..Of course they directly blamed Linda.

I had best experience of my life the groomer was so amazing i cant believe how good my dog was for her she got it done quick and did it truely amazingly i would recomend this place to anyone! Will definitly go back!!

Not a bad haircut however, It wasn't until I got half way home I realized my dogs paw and leg were bleeding pretty bad. I understand this can happen but expect to be informed.

Have taken my Husky/German Shepherd here before. Upon calling to confirm about their hours, prices and availability I was met with a rude toned welcome. Abruptly instructed that they don't service large breed dogs for Nail trims.This is most likely the same lady that sat in the foyer of her space and did my 11 year old nails last time we were in.When I finally got the chance to speak I had informed her that I've been there before. I was met with an awkward pause.Almost as if my questions and call as a customer inconvenienced her. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Took our Cavalier King Charles spaniel there and they did such a great job, he was done in 2 hours smelled amazing a looks so nice. Best groom he has had in years.

The woman groomer doesn't seem to like animals, even when i phoned ahead, she didn't sound very friendly on the phone. I took my dog anyways, he is a rescued dog that was not well treated before I got him, and i let them know this and he ended up biting both her and her assistant. I don't think she i patient enough to do what she does! I do not recommend this groomer.

The new owners are great! And they were very good with my bulldog doing her nails my pup loves Krystal and i was surprised how my fur baby let her do her nails usually when i try do her nails she flops all over and is a big baby but with Krystal she stood still and didnt fuss and was very happy to get a treat after she just loves to go there, and my sisters shih tzu loves to go there he gets his bath and trim there and of course his mohawk lol and plus he also let her do his nails she is the Best!

The owner is abusive to the customers animals if they are lazy they are hit if they are hyper hit if they are biters they are strangled if they are heavy they are hit if they are old they are hit the owner with short hair in her 20s is abusive to the animals and no one should bring there pets there she hits them when grooming them same with when she sets them this business should be shut down don't bring your fur babies here old dogs any active dogs are hit she strangles toy poodles please go to another location any other dog grooming place is better then this place this place needs immediate shut down I wish that dogs had cameras on their collars to see that lady she has a dog named Sydney. Don't be fooled this place is a horrific place.

The hardworking folks at Paws n Tails do a beautiful job with my dog. She is always uneasy about grooming and they put me and my dog at ease. They add the extra little touches along the way and even gave Nelly the most adorable Christmas present. I have tried a so many other groomers in Kamloops but Paws N Tails is the one for us.

Wonderful groomer. Very caring & compassionate for nervous/shy pets. Has been grooming my two Poms for the past 2 years and they always come out looking fantastic.
