The theater design is great. There is 318 seating but it looks like there is only 100 seating. Very intimate. The rental price is very very good.

Very nice theatre! Only been to one performance but stage height was great and seats are decent. At 6'1 I can see dancers' feet still in the front row."

Great value, and great show! Love the 39 steps, the parking spot outside the building and the parking fee was really good value, $4 for overnight till 6 pm.
