Filson

Had to give a shout out to the amazing customer service I have received from this store on more than 1 occasion. They are super helpful to work with by phone and able to quickly and seamlessly courier my orders to me as I am out of town and not often able to get into the store in person. The quality of all Filson products is exceptional and the amazing staff at the Toronto store make shopping with them a pleasure.

Very poor customer service.After 3 years the back pack/laptop bags has frayed so much that it looked terrible.I phoned customer service and sent in photos. They emailed me with s form and a mailing address. They also sent 2 pdfs wth photos of clothes they had repaired. The repairs were all patched or cross stitched.Finding this not helpful I emailed them back asking how they would fix the piping on the straps saying that it was $40 to ship the bag to them. After 4 emails they would not commit to a technique without seeing the bag. These low quality repairs pictured would look terrible on this backpack and without some sort of idea of the type of repair this bag is going into the garbage.Why couldn't their customer service be more helpful.Makes the lifetime warranty useless.

If I could give Filson Toronto and their staff more than 5 stars I would. Kevin and Darcy went far beyond what was asked of them - I cannot say enough good things. Its very comforting knowing that every Filson item purchased comes with a high level of service. Highly recommended - needless to say Filson pieces have taken over my wardrobe.

Filson is one of those brands where you buy once and you will know they last. Everything from there tin cloth jackets to the TPU bags are made to be worn over time and wears in well. Started owning a few of there products but I know the collection will grow. The shop is neat, very cool vibe and the staff is friendly. The products are on the $$$$ end but you know your paying for durable products. I'm not sure how good their warranty is or if they have repair centers but overall if the product is ment to last it should be good!

Couldn’t ask for a better situation than having a Filson store in Toronto.Bianca in invaluable and Kevin always gets is done. Anywhere in Canada if you need anything from Filson you’d be making a huge mistake not ordering from this store.

These guys are fantastic. Bought a bad there a few years back. Noticed some stitching was coming undone. Brought it in. They sent it off for repair and the entire process was thoughtful and warm. Repairs took a while, but I was warned in advance. Certainly exceeded expectations.

Went yesterday for my husband to try on Mackinaw cruiser jackets. Three people working and not one person offered help. They came to watch to make sure we weren’t stealing anything but no help. It was ridiculous. Won’t be dropping $700 on a Filson jacket anytime soon

i love the store. it's a beautiful space. the people there are friendly (like kevin), highly competent and not pushy at all. the products are expensive but obviously made well (imo a welcomed pushback against a world of disposable cr@p) and filson stands behind the stuff they make.
