Bought a 2015 Crosstrek from Penticton Subaru. Recently phoned to buy some replacement parts/seals to maintain my vehicle since warranty is now over. Parts guy did everything in his power not to sell me anything and wouldn’t give me any prices. Pure control and greed from this place. I’ll just order parts online and you won’t get another cent out or more business out of me ever again !!

2 sales guys were arguing and cursing at each other over who was getting the sale for a car. My sales rep was short and low balled me big time on my trade in offer. He didn't want to even discuss the offer. Completely arrogant. It was a quick visit for me.

Bought a used 2006 Pontiac Vibe. Dealing with Ian and the staff was top notch. Car was properly serviced with any work needed done. Price was good and they stood behind the purchase with a 3 month warranty. When we picked up the car, it looked like a brand new vehicle. Detail staff did an awesome job. Highly recommend Ian and Subaru of Penticton. Would definitely buy there again... Davy J.

Bought my Subaru Outback a month ago. Drove from NB and put 5000km on the car. Great car. Wanted to have a quick check on a leaky breaking system. Only option offered was to go see another mechanic or leave the car for one day as they MAY find time to check the issue.I live in Osoyoos. I did not feel like the service person wanted/ cared for my business /safety so will find a mechanic to look after my car.

Well we went to see a 2022 Outback and ended out buying a 2022 Ascent Onyx.Opon arrival we were met by Herb Dixon who was in my opinion very friendly and patient ...never rushing or pushy.We highly recommend and appreciate Herb and the rest of the Penticton team....PS....only my Mom gets 5 stars..

I always feel welcome when coming here.Been to other dealerships in Oliver and it sometimes feel I am walking into a funeral. Here, they give you a smile and always have great conversation.They provided great quote with detailed information. Made sure that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done.Same when picking up the car, went through all the details and made sure I knew what they did.

Worst place ever. Told me my warranty was there and then wouldn’t fix my forester for 2 mo under warranty so they told me to go to another mechanic and bring receipt. Lies - wouldn’t reimburse me and cost me $350 when I paid for a warranty. Never buying Subaru again!!! Worst lemon of a vehicle i have ever bought. I’ve never had so many issues with a brand new vehicle in my life.

I just bought a new car from this dealership and couldn't believe how easy it was. Ian the salesperson was very direct, honest, and not at all pushy. He basically let the car sell itself. Everyone from sales to finance was incredibly informative and easy going which was great for me because this was my first time buying a new car. I feel like I got exactly what I needed and didn't have to fight off extra fees or unnecessary upgrades. I will definitely get my next car there. Thanks Subaru!
