You might as well take the day off work and sit at home because it will take them at least 8 hours to retrieve your package.Main issues----------------------1) The customer pickup area is literally a phone on the wall.2) after dialing on this phone, they will take a minimum of 15 - 30 mins to retrieve your package. are you behind a guy? well they have 1 person doing this whole process so you'll have to wait for him to finish helping that person to begin assisting you.3) in my case, they screwed up, closed the door and had their customer service line deliver me an automated message telling me my package was at a different facility where I get to enjoy the pleasure of repeating this process.Use Ups, Canada Post or any other Shipping company.These people are clowns with no respect for your time, money or effort.I will make sure everyone I know never uses Fedex for any reason.

So much pain to get a parcel. First there was no delivery attempt made to my place I was at my home in downtown but suddenly status showed customer not available. No door tag found anywhere in the building so of course the driver didn’t bother to deliver. Then I went all the way to this stupid location to pickup my parcel. It took one hour for the person to find my parcel. Even tho I was told to cone at 6. Height of irresponsibility. Never using FedEx again!

This is the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with...save your money and ship with anyone other than FedEx. Waited almost 3 days for a next day delivery when I called to complain I was told that the shipper didn't submit my contact info or address, but I know otherwise as I have the original shipping reciept. Then I was told that the driver attempted delivery at my address, how would that be possible if they allegely never had my address in the first place? I asked if i could pick up my package personally at the warehouse holding it and i was told id have to wait another day for them to transfer it to a warehouse even farther from the shipments destination. Worst customer service even after I told them I took a day off work to be home for delivery. I also explained had roughly 3k worth of saltwater corals dependant on my shipment arriving with little to no response or help other than the truck will deliver between 8am-6pm" if I could rate this company 0 stars I'd be happy. Completely incompetent delivery staff and cold customer service I'm disgusted."

I was told the delivery guy almost made a mistake to the wrong door but realized it as he was heading back to the vehicle. Could have been a troublesome mistake so I'm glad it was corrected. Came here to pick up the package, was told the package checked in by 6:44 and only waited a while for it. Overall not a bad experience but one star taken off for not being able to see most updated or corrected info online once the delivery was supposedly" delivered in the above mentioned scenario."

They have a nice parking lot

If you ever need to pick up a package from this facility, prepare for a huge waste of time. You enter a room that's empty except for a phone, which you are supposed to pick up and it'll connect you to a staff inside who will bring your package to you - great idea in theory, except nobody answers the phone.
